"Gene and the boys are amazing contractors and are our go to when there is work that needs to be done on our home. They remodeled our basement, and did a custom builtin to house our 180 gal fish tank. They removed a wall to make the basement more open space. Not only that but they did it cleanly, efficiently and in an amazing turn around time. They also more recently helped to fix our crown molding around our fridge in order for us to buy a bigger one and it looks exactly like the rest of our kitchen. "The guy's were great to work with, were very professional and made sure they did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied. They were always on time, worked cleanly and cleaned up after themselves every day. They were very accommodating, we originally wanted the wall removed entirely and when we saw it, we changed our minds and wanted it to be a half wall, they didn't miss a beat nor complain and reinstalled it, the additional labor cost was for the extra work was very reasonable and fair. "Emergency roof repair was needed as there was a leak. Roof was located under a deck and repairs were done quickly and very efficiently. Workers took great care to minimize disruption while work was going on- accessing the roof by a ladder rather than coming through the house, and they put down paper so they wouldn’t track dirt through our home on the rare occasions they had to come from inside. It has rained since the repair and no leak yet! Highly recommend Imperial Contracting."

Remodel it into 2 stories and make this new house smaller just like the old house next door!
