"I had Nunez Construction totally renovate my apartment almost 3 years ago, 6 rooms with a total gutting of kitchen and bathroom. The work took 6 weeks and I was stunned and delighted with the results, and still am! A few weeks ago the tenant above me had a toilet overflow which ruined my pantry ceiling and wall and I also noticed that due to slight shifting of the building, there were slight cracks in the moldings and certain walls, so I called Efren Nunez and once again, he came to my rescue! His crew, especially Erick and Pavel are as professional and caring as Efren, they spent 3 days at the apartment and not only did they go over everything that I asked them to, they found things to fix that I didn't even notice needed attention. While they were there I had a serious door emergency and without any hesitation, they attacked that problem and fixed it. Most contractors only like the big jobs, where there is big money, but Efren Nunez and company will always be there for you, no matter what, they proved that to me with their current care and attention. He was especially knowledgeable in regards to the different options we might have along with costs, as well as bang for your buck.His work is flawless and long lasting. If at any point you had a question or were unsure about how something was coming out (which is common with any remodel) he has a way of assuring you, and is open to reworking things until they are to your standard. His experience also makes him a terrific sounding board to discuss ideas and possibilities before endeavoring to begin a project that may have implications that you havent considered. He is not the most expensive contractor you will find, but he offers the best value of any that we have worked with in the past.
