"I wish I could give C & M even more stars! My experience with Matt, Jose, Matteo and Juan (as well as everyone else working for them) could not have been better. C & M renovated an office space for me and they did an amazing job. They added new walls and doors (were even able to make them soundproof), new floors, a new bathroom, a new kitchenette, re-wired for a split system, painted, wallpapered, and more. Yes, this was a big project for me, renovating, furnishing, dealing with a co-op board, dealing with city and state offices, lots of stress to say the least. But then there was Matt and the C & M team--ahhhh, stress-free: really! Imagine a contractor that anticipates the next thing to be done; think of a small thing that you would like, and before you ask for it, it is done. Imagine a contractor who is honest, kind, thoughtful, really smart, professional, works clean, and is meticulous in the execution of everything. He was done before I thought he would be! No, it is not a dream: it is C & M. I cannot say enough good things about C & M. Consider yourself lucky to be able to hire them."

"We are very pleased with the outcome of our project. The process went as smoothly as one could hope for especially considering the difficulties we faced with our condo association. David Waxtel was a gentleman throughout the process. He put together a good team of laborers and a job Forman who saw to each daily task with creativity and good ways of working. They were prompt each morning and worked well with our building Super in meeting all requirements including daily prep and cleanup. I was present throughout the project and saw good quality work each step of the way. The icing on the cake was the price. Waxtel company quoted me the lowest price of the five contractors I bid this job to, and stayed within that quote to the end. I couldn’t be happier."

"We hired them to paint our townhouse in Greenpoint, repair the cornice, and install and paint a new stoop—and the work was exceptional from start to finish. They were meticulous about every detail, especially the cornice repair, which blended beautifully with the existing façade. The paintwork was crisp, even, and professionally finished throughout, and the new stoop looks fantastic—solid, cleanly installed, and perfectly painted. Just as impressive was how carefully they treated the property. They kept the work area organized each day and did an outstanding cleanup when everything was finished. It’s rare to find a contractor with this level of craftsmanship, care, and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality exterior work."

"Mohammed from Expo Contracting is very gracious and accommodating. He quoted me a very reasonable price for my small job which was done quickly and expertly as promised. His workers were a pleasure to deal with. Needless to say I was very pleased and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."

"Nunez’s team did a fantastic job! We are super happy with everything! They are reasonable and the quote I received didn’t change. They also cleaned up when they finished the project (mopping and dusting). We have other projects and will definitely be hiring Nunez. I highly recommend. I highly recommend this contractor."

"LI & A Construction completed two projects for us. The first was last summer. Mr. Hetnarien and his team eliminated a section of the houseâ s back deck. This year LI & A Construction updated a section of a small bathroom in our house. On both projects, Mr. Hetnarien and his crew did an outstanding job. My research for a general contractor led me to LI & A Contraction Corp. My first requirement was that the business have the necessary license and insurance in good standing and Mr. Hetnarien â s business did. On communication and responsiveness, they get high marks. Mr. Hetnarien always got back to me within 48 hours. He is both accessible and approachable. Both jobs were carried out promptly. If they anticipated a delay because of bad weather (and there was), this was made known to me ahead of time. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Hetnarien again."

"David was able to finish work that my initial contractor couldnt. It was so hard finding someone but David really pulled through. He was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Most importantly his work was so precise and he pays a lot of attention to detail. I even had him build a couple new rooms for me! He’s the best!"

"This is the only contractor I liked and I will probably hire him after I talk to some of his references. He was the first to contact me, and his price was fair. He was very professional. After that I decided to hire him. He renovated my bathroom. He did such a great job that I chose to have him do my kitchen next year.Thank You RH Construction USA, Inc!"
