"I recently hired Matt and his crew to renovate the kitchen and hardwood floors throughout my apartment. This was undoubtedly the best experience with a contractor I have had to date. From the beginning and throughout the process he was quickly responsive to any questions or concerns I had. We did a somewhat high end renovation with custom cabinets and an integrated refrigerator. They handled every aspect of the renovation with meticulous care, and the results prove it. The crew is uniformed and professional. The head worker Mateo is extraordinarily talented and very pleasant to deal with. The price Matt quoted in the beginning is what I paid at the end; no up-charges despite a few changes to the plans here and there. C&M is not the cheapest, but it's worth the price and wait to have excellence."

"I hired Build N Bolt to build stairs for my deck (one story) from the moment Wilson arrived to assess the project and create an estimate I knew he was a professional. He made some careful measurements and discussed several options and designs. Within 24 hours I had a quote in writing. We agreed to the price and the start date was set. "Kazi’s team painted the exterior or our house, repaired a bunch of concrete on our driveway, and built us a wooden fence around our yard. Throughout it all Kazi was great to work with. The front and back of our home were transformed in less than two weeks! His prices are great (lower than other contractors we’ve worked with) and his workers are very nice and respectful of your home. Kazi is very responsive and easy to talk to. It rained a bunch during our job which made it hard to finish on time, but Kazi was willing to work on the weekend, and bring in some extra guys, to get back on track. Most of all, Kazi really cares about his clients happiness with the work. We would definitely call him again."

My first requirement was that the business have the necessary license and insurance in good standing and Mr. Hetnarien â s business did. On communication and responsiveness, they get high marks. If they anticipated a delay because of bad weather (and there was), this was made known to me ahead of time. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. "On September 2, 2021 following the remnants of Hurricane Ida I encountered multiple severe floods into my home. Little did I know what I was about to experience in the world of disingenuous professional contractors. I interviewed no less than 18 different contracting companies and encountered some of the most despicable human beings I have met in my almost 70 years on Earth. Some made promises they never had any intentions of keeping over a period of many months. Others made firm commitments towards a start date and then cancelled with as little as 48 hours notice. Quite a few quoted repair prices 3-4 times more then they should simply taking advantage of the Pandemic and the supply chain shortage. Pandemic Profiteers. Thanks to Home Advisor I received a quote request for 3A Contracting, Corp. on June 15th 2022. I cannot say enough good things about owner Bill Ngucaj and his sons Anthony and Andy and their wonderful crew of hard working talented technicians. From the very first time I spoke with him to the very last day of my job he followed through with every single thing he said he would do and more! Every time I called him, emailed or texted him there was an immediate response. It is so refreshing and rare to find someone with these kind of work ethics in this day and age. I also found it fascinating to watch him and his crew at work. He is more committed to doing a job right than anyone I have ever seen. Just as importantly he is a good man and understood what I had gone through the previous 9 months chasing after irresponsible people while enduring flood after flood. He rebuild my porch and the ceiling of my terrace and installed TimberTech above and Ceramic tile below. I have never seen three individuals work harder over a 5-day period in tremendous heat. A few weeks after completion it finally rained a wind-blown torrential rain and not a single drop of water entered my home. No longer did I need to monitor the weather report every day fearing a heavy rain. If you are looking for the very best in contractors you need not search any further. I have continued using 3A Contracting, Corp for anything and everything I need done in my home from plumbing to electrical work, you name it he does it! If he cannot he recommends people just like him that will! Thank you guys, I will never forget how you bailed me out in my time of need!"
