"Great company to work with. Their sub-contractors (e.g., plumber, electrician, tile installers, shower door craftspeople, etc.) were excellent. They worked well with our designer and with suppliers of materials. They followed plans. Minor and typical hiccups handled professionally and expeditiously. Scott and Paul are easy to work with. They are respectful and listen well. Good communicators. Protected the areas of the house they were not working in. They were able to work with higher end materials. Have recommended to others."

"Corri General Construction deserves 5 stars for sure. From the beginning when I put in a request for the job needed. I was contacted by email and text. I spoke Entoni who was professional, attentive and understood my need for urgency. He showed up the same day ON TIME and was extremely thorough. After finding the issue he advised me on the next steps I needed to take. Had to have my water heater replaced. Entoni went the EXTRA mile in assisting in obtaining the heater. While explaining everything step by step he removed then replaced the heater. The work was done with care and he was very neat. Overall I would give him 10 stars but the max is only 5.. The price was very reasonable and I am recommending this company to everyone!! You will not be dissatisfied. Thank you so much!! ?"

"Just completed gut renovation of our living room, dining room, kitchen - and basement with CNM Construction. They are pleasant, reliable and take pride in their work. Matteo and Vincente were here from demolition to completion. They cared about the smallest details and went above expectations. The finished result is just what we wanted. I would recommend this company to anyone doing renovations on their home."

"We interviewed and took bids from eight different contractors for our kitchen renovation. What impressed us immediately about David was his interest in the project and his suggestions for how to coordinate the finishes into a cohesive design. He paid attention to the details. Then his estimate came in and it was excellent. Not only that, but the work timeline was by far the shortest. Once the project began, we saw how organized and efficient the company was with their work schedule. Our neighbors approached us in the hallways to tell us how courteous and friendly his work crew was. This was our first major apartment renovation in a co-op building, so we were plenty nervous. David was calm and steady throughout the process. Whenever we had a question, he was available, and got us the answer. He was attentive to any request we had in order to have the project finished to our expectations. As with any major project, issues did arise, but David was very responsive and dealt with all of them to our satisfaction. He also accommodated issues that arose with materials, etc. which were not his responsibility. He found solutions for us that exceeded our expectations. At the end of the day, we wanted communication, thoughtfulness, and trust from a potential contractor. David delivered on all those points. As we enjoy our new kitchen each and every day we feel fortunate that we settled on Mayanda. We look forward to sprucing up our bathroom with his help."

"Cooper Cooling & Heating is just the business you want for long-term service. Owner/master technician, Steven Cooper, is thoughtful and conscientious with his work. He installed two Nest thermostats in my home, and he went above what was required to clean out the heating units and to ensure I understood the workings of the units. He was attentive to cleanliness and to leaving no trace of his superb work. Very fair price and very professional"

"Jason is the best HVAC contractor/technician i’ve ever had! He is very knowledgeable about the topic and did a fantastic job assessing our needs and installing the new equipment. He was very cautious and respectful when it came to our home environment. I appreciated his communications skills as well! 10/10!"

Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
