"I had Nunez Construction totally renovate my apartment almost 3 years ago, 6 rooms with a total gutting of kitchen and bathroom. The work took 6 weeks and I was stunned and delighted with the results, and still am! A few weeks ago the tenant above me had a toilet overflow which ruined my pantry ceiling and wall and I also noticed that due to slight shifting of the building, there were slight cracks in the moldings and certain walls, so I called Efren Nunez and once again, he came to my rescue! His crew, especially Erick and Pavel are as professional and caring as Efren, they spent 3 days at the apartment and not only did they go over everything that I asked them to, they found things to fix that I didn't even notice needed attention. While they were there I had a serious door emergency and without any hesitation, they attacked that problem and fixed it. Most contractors only like the big jobs, where there is big money, but Efren Nunez and company will always be there for you, no matter what, they proved that to me with their current care and attention.
