He was very personable and knowledgeable. 3.5 for value. He recommended the best sump pump/backup/ battery backup to replace the existing sump pump which had failed at $2,000. I thought that was a lot. In addition, I ran to the hardware store and bought a $40 surge protector, which he plugged the new system in to. Total Cost $2,040"
