They tried to sell me $40,000 more work than I needed according to my engineer. The basement is dry.

Brandon and Marc came texting me their anrrival, explained work to be done which I appreciated ,and got pictures of whatwas done. They were great?

Innovative Basement Authority provided repairs on one wall, added a sum pump and installed drain tile. Brenden B, Wyatt S and Travis S provided an exceptional service. They were professional, knowledgeable, left the area clean at all times and made sure I understood everything before they finished the project.

Ben A was awesome once again. He came in the morning and got all his supplies and went to work. I came back later in the day and he was almost done with all the work inside and outside. Explained everything and got me all set up for my payments. I haven't had the best with past project and some contractors but Ben put me at ease the first time and even more so this time around. He was kind and very helpful understanding everything. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for projects to be done and I will keep this company for any future projects.. Thank you

They were all extremely respectful,very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my annoying questions with ease and I could tell immediately that they actually knew what they were doing and not just reading a script. Do NOT pay for services before completion, I was told they would return to seal gaps. After leaving messages to get this done, no return calls or contact at all. I recommend DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Worst experience I have ever had with a business. I am deeply skeptical that most of these reviews are real. Our salesperson (Eric) suggested a bunch of unnecessary work (even though we specifically told him what we wanted) for our crawlspace. We settled on what we had originally requested under the assumption that Eric had actually seen the entirety of our crawl space (he, of course, did not). The guys who came out to work on the job were shocked that they had made a sale without even looking at the space properly, as his drawings were completely inaccurate of what the space looked like. Eric suggested that we create an exterior door (fine) and to save money (they wanted to charge us $500) we could dig the hole ourselves. The only problem is that the door, based on his own inaccurate drawings, was completely pointless (and could not have been done without risking serious damage to the joists). The service people were at least honest enough to cut our job in half (because they genuinely could not do most of it), but I am deeply skeptical that they did anything (I asked for pictures but none were ever provided). Eric was concilitory but as soon as we asked for compensation for essentially digging a worthless hole (and tearing out our bushes in the process), we never got a call back. I am not sure if the entire business is shady or just our salesperson, but I cannot recommend that you run from the business enough.

Marc and Brandon repaired our garage foundation. Raised the floor and repaired all around the garageâ s cement blocks. I couldnâ t believe the difference it made and in only 4 hours. Very nice and explained what they were going to do. Highly recommend them!

We had water coming in thru our garage leaking into our basement crawl space. We had Marc and Steven out to help us out. They did a great job of explaining the process and made sure any question we had were answered.

Isaiah Swanson, Austin F and Tyler D were out today to install a sump pump and dehumidifier in my crawl space. The guys were courteous, punctual and did a great job with the install and keeping the mess to a minimum. Very pleased with the work they performed.

Innovative Basements out of Rush City worked to stabilize our foundation. Adam,Colin & Brandon A. weâ re amazing-so professional, respectful & efficient. Amazing work and crew!

We were satisfied with the team that did the encapsulation of our crawlspace --- Brenden, Austin T, and Greg. They all introduced themselves before starting the job and cleaned up as they went along. We are pleased to have warmer floors and a clean smelling space now. We hoped this would also take care of our mice issue but it has not fully resolved so we will be investigating more. Also, the team forgot to tell us they turned off our furnace switch but luckily we figured that out quickly. Thanks for your work.

During his free inspection and estimate, Ian took the time to enlighten us about wood foundations and the problems he saw, one of which we'd ovelooked. During the repairs, Shane and Dominick were equally generous with explanations, and ended each day with a summary of work done and plans for the following day. All were very pleasant to deal with, and made the whole experience as painless as possible. Our county inspector, looking at the work on the problem Ian spotted, said it was lucky we caught it when we did, and assured us we were in good hands. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and highly recommend this company.
