"We found Jon during a less-than-ideal situation. We were out of state on vacation with our family when we suddenly had a porch repair to deal with back home. Trying to coordinate a repair from hundreds of miles away could have been a nightmare, but Jon made the entire process incredibly easy. He was responsive, professional, communicative, and most importantly, someone we felt we could trust to handle things while we were gone.
