The basement now has potential to be nice area of use and living for years ahead. The service is a expensive purchase for homeowner but it is a needed purchase for my home. The finishing job leaves the need with more work if your basement floor was rough from the years of water damage. They did stop any future water damage for my home and it is safe to spend more for more fine finishing. They completed what was contracted."

Ian Rude came out and went over the process of repairing my foundation and insulating my crawl space. He was able to get me on the schedule the next week. "I had a great experience from start to finish. I had four different foundation companies look at the large crack in my foundation. Two said to put epoxy in it and I would be good. The third offered a slightly more involved fix that would not address the root of the problem. American Waterworks was different from the start. First of all, they book a three hour appointment so they can fully investigate, measure and explain exactly what is happening and what needs to be done to truly fix the problem. The level of knowledge and expertise shown by the the Design Specialist, Chuck, was astounding. He even predicted that there would be at least one if not two more cracks in the foundation we could not see and their location and he was right on both counts. I ended up needing 10 helical piers and 7 helical anchors to repair the foundation and stop it from rotating backwards toward the hill and to stabilize and lift the foundation back to its original position. The three man installation crew was incredible. Jose the Foreman, Luis the Co-Foreman, and Jose the Production Specialist were extremely hard working, knowledgeable and always willing to take time to answer any questions I had about the project. Their level of professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail put me at ease during such a major undertaking and I always knew my house was in good hands. I can not recommend American Waterworks enough to anyone needing their foundation repaired."

"From my initial meeting to today's instillation,I could not have asked for better. The estimate was very reasonable but Travis Gay even took the time to give me some pointers on now to prevent further damage to garage apron until I could get the work done and that was without knowing if I was going to hire his company to do this project.
      My asphalt driveway was sinking next to the garage concrete floor, my side walk had settled and cracked. The sidewalk needed to be replace and there was a lot of hosta plants, river rock and a wagon wheel to contend with during the excavating and instillation.The asphalt next to the garage was sunken and there was a hole exposed under the garage door concrete opening, 6 feet of asphalt needed to be removed and a 6 foot concrete apron installed.
       Travis and his crew arrived early today to do this job, the sidewalk was removed by using a jackhammer, the rock, plants and wagon wheel remained intact, and my yard was spared any damage using this removal method. The new sidewalk looks wonderful, the crew was so very careful with everything they did and they did a total cleanup after the work was completed. Travis and his crew answered all my questions, they where very professional and pleasant to work with. My neighbor was so impressed that she asked for an estimate for work she needs done--so will be seeing Travis and his crew again in our neighborhood in August.
        Ok I am pretty picky and have high expectation about the work I want done, these guys exceeded my expectations in every area. I could not be happier!!!!!!  Thank you guys for a job well done.

"The project went smoothly and efficiently. Greg was great with returning phone calls and being adaptable to the work schedule of me and my spouse. It was a daunting project requiring excavation of an old concrete patio, repairing some foundation on the house, laying a newer bigger paved patio with concrete slab on the side, and also a paved stairway with stone steps going up a hill. Everything turned out even better than expected. He is also true to his word about repairs and the warranty of the patio. A few months after the project ended, we had to have a small portion of the patio pulled up for some electric line work. He had his crew come out to level, lay, and tamp the patio stones back into place free of charge. Would highly recommend."
