We had an intermittent leak in the bathroom sink that was very frustrating. They quickly located the problem and proposed two options to solve the problem. One option not only solved the leak problem, but also resolved problems with the existing sink installation. We opted for the option to solve both problems. Problems were quickly corrected and we are extremely satisfied with the results. Good job!

A water leak occurred on Christmas night, and resulted in a sudden, massive rush of water through the light fixture into the room below. We turned off the main water pipe and called them as soon as they re-opened after the holiday. They came the next morning, which was wonderful, and were able to fix it that day. It was Billy and Howie who did the work. They were very skilled and professional. Plus, they were both really nice, sociable guys. They paid a lot of attention to where we thought the leak originated and then tested it. They checked with us on our preferred spots for the wall holes in their search for the leak. They did a great job cleaning up the plaster, and protecting the floor from additional leaks. We were very happy with their prompt, efficient and friendly work. We will definitely use them again

Outstanding service was provided by PipeWorks start to finish. Very clean (booties, drop clothes, no damage), very professional for a reasonable price. I continue to use PipeWorks because they are extremely HONEST and use nothing but quality materials (they know the required plumbing codes) with no short-cuts (no pushy ad-on sales). The plumbers that have done work for me are highly qualified and easy to talk to (they are happy to answer any questions). I bought a new home and we knew that there was some plumbing issues that we wanted to get someone working on right away. Before we got moved in we had Billy and Howard come out to put in the kitchen sink in and to fix the leak in bathroom sink. When they arrived, they realized that I had ordered the wrong size kitchen sink. They were incredibly gracious about my mistake and went above and beyond duty to help get the right measurements and to talk me through what I should be looking for. We moved into the house on Tuesday. On Friday, after shower and a load of laundry I noticed water coming up out of the main drain. I am a first time homeowner, I had no idea what that meant. I did another load of laundry after mopping up the floor and confirmed that the water was coming up from the drain, not coming from the washer. I called and got Chris to come out to take a look at it. Chris could not have been more kind, more reassuring, and quick at solving problems (and there were several, like the previous owner cementing over the access drain). I cannot recommend this company enough. As a person who knows nothing about plumbing, I was really impressed by how well Billy, Chris, and Howard were able to explain what was happening, what my options were, what the risks were, and frankly that they were able to do all of that without a tinge of condescension. If I could give ten stars to St. Paul Pipeworks.

Thursday, June 2, 2022 – Two SPP guys came out to fix the outside faucets. They were here around 20 minutes. Told me they “rebuilt” the insides of the two faucet tops, charged me $287. When I went out to water the yard, one of the faucets immediately started leaking. I called and told them about it, they said they can be out the next Friday to look at it again. They eventually called back and asked if they could stop by the following Monday (6-6-2022) afternoon. I said no that I’d be in meetings. They came by anyway and evidently fixed it to their contentment. If I had known, I could have told them that the other faucet was also leaking after their “fix.” They say they called me and left a voicemail message that they stopped by and fixed the leaking faucet, but I did not get that voicemail. I arranged to be home on the Friday (6-10-2022) during the appointment we had previously arranged but no one showed up. I called and was notified that they stopped by the previous Monday to fix the leak that they did not fix the first time. When I went out to use the outside faucet that they worked on a second time, it started leaking and the leak became worse than it was when I first called for a repair. Their work and their communications are poor. I am in the process of hiring another plumbing company to come out to fix both of my outside faucets. I do not, and could not, recommend this company to anyone.

The team did an amazing job! My duplex was built in 1919. Though most of the pipes had been replaced over time, the risers were still galvanized pipes that were no longer working to bring the water up to the units for both kitchens/baths. They removed the old risers and replaced with new piping. They were professional, prompt, courteous and highly competent. I recommend this company without hesitation.

Great! They managed to rebuild a bathroom faucet that was a discontinued model but matched other bathroom fixtures, installed a new sink and countertop, and installed a new toilet.
