VETSCH CUSTOM CABINETS

Dave and his crew were a pleasure to work with. All questions were answered and talked about before changes were made. Still waiting for the countertops to be installed but the cabinets look great and were done 1 week before scheduled. Crew did a great installation and cleaned up after themselves.

My wife and I wanted to convert an unused room off our kitchen into a library/office. We had the basic design in mind, a firm idea of the essential design elements, and a budget of approximately $15k. Due to the unusual shape of the room and our particular vision for it, the project required 100% custom cabinets and bookshelves.

We contacted 10 different local companies from Angie's List. Only four of them came out to consider the project and give us rough estimates. We settled on two of them to compete for the project and ultimately selected Vetsch due to his professionalism, knowledge, and cost.

Dave Vetsch worked with us throughout the process to refine the project and nail down all the details, providing valuable advice.

The project was completed on time and within budget, and the completed room is beautiful and stunning.

The only issue was the installer mounted one wall's cabinets/bookshelves 2 inches off spec from Dave's design without consulting Dave first, resulting in the cabinet extending 2 inches into a window sill one side and a doorway on the other. Dave offered to have them removed and reinstalled but we elected not to due to the damage it might have caused to the cabinets and shelves, and the additional time it would have required (the project was time sensitive).

We love our new office/library and enjoy using it every day. I would definitely use Vetsch cabinets again.

We worked with Sam. He was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He was very responsive. It was a big project. We gutted it and rebuilt from scratch. The final product was better than what we had imagined visually. It was everything that we had asked for. The installation was good. We needed a cabinet door replaced and they responded immediately. They're really, really good about that. We felt like we could trust them.

We were very pleased with the excellent custom cabinets and personal service which Vetsch gave us from start to finish on our new kitchen addition. They worked with us, our contractor and our designer to give us exactly what we wanted, even with changes along the way. They produced custom elevation drawings for our baths and kitchen with input from our designer and and personal interviews with us. We picked out the wood and design at their showroom. Installation was fast and everything was checked for accuracy at the finish. When we wanted some of the inevitable changes, they were quick to respond through change-orders, so we knew exactly what we were paying for. We would recommend them highly. A wonderful experience!

Their designer visited several times to meet with us and the contractor. She listened well to what I envisioned, studied the photos I'd taken from magazines, and made helpful suggestions. She was very patient in presenting examples and helping me make decisions about trim, knobs, etc. She suggested improvements which could be made in the existing cabinets, but did not pressure us to increase our order. Her follow-up with drawings and communication was prompt. The installers wasted no time in assembling the cabinets and we've had no operational problems. The new cabinets match perfectly and no one can tell the difference unless they look inside. After we moved back into the kitchen, the designer made a follow up visit and brought along the small door bumpers I'd request. She also made helpful suggestions about loading the cabinets to best use the space. We would highly recommend this company.
