"I had three companies give an estimate for our bath remodel. From the first conversation with Dave, I was convinced on whom to go with. No fast talking pressure sale, no rushed decision making, just a down to earth real person. He didn't try to talk me into a quick cover up-one day job with what looked like a hotel like finished product, it was down to the studs and start over from scratch to make sure it was done right with real tile and high quality fixtures. And get this, His estimate was lower than the other two pushy fast talkers. His crew, and the subcontractors Dave uses for plumbing, electrical, and cabinetry, are all quality, skilled, real people too. After the Bathroom was done, we were so overjoyed with the finished product we asked him to work his magic in the kitchen. He took my design ideas and made them better. We also had him match all the doors on the first floor, and fix a bad window upstairs. I just called him back again to put new windows in the basement. I recommended him to our neighbors, and after seeing what Dave did with our house, they chose Dave for their project too. I trust him, and his advice. We love his work!"

"Overall, I really enjoyed working with Great Lakes. I had the same two guys come out and install my bathroom (Hassan and Mike). The remodel took 3 days. They were professional and courteous; on time and cleaned up the area every night. Hassan kept me in the loop for changes and asked for my opinions when it came to placing certain pieces in the shower. My only complaint would be in communication between Great Lakes home office. After my consultation, I was told I would receive samples of the vanity color and countertop (for painting) which didn't happen & the person I was to contact had left the company so my emails were not getting through and I had to contact the office and explain my issue. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends."

This project was on time, on budget, and we are thrilled with the results. Mike's team found some structural issues in the breezeway remodel that were not apparent before demolition and when he contacted me with the bad news, he already had several options, estimated costs, and had consulted with the city inspector to ensure the options would work. They did a good job keeping the space clean at the end of the day, respecting our living space, and paying attention to quality workmanship.
