He also had some suggestions on landscaping. He provided an estimate on the spot which was less than we expected. He also provides a guarnetee that his fix will solve the problem.
His crew showed up the next week (very quick response time from estimate to work completion). There were about 5 people doing the work under Randy's supervision. It took them about 3 hours to do the work. They also inspected and tested the sump pump to make sure it was in working condition.
After the work is complete Randy sent a written guarentee as promised.
Since the work was completed we have had some heavy rainfall (about 3 inches) and the basement is dry as a bone.
