"H/C Pressure Washing did a fabulous job pressure washing my large driveway, going the extra mile to get rid of some iron stains. They pressure washed both a large and small deck and now they look brand new! The siding on my house, soffits, gutters, and downspouts were also washed. The house looks refreshed and clean on the outside & it looks wonderful! Super communication from the owner, Greg as well, all for a reasonable and fair price. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks very much!"

"I originally called ARC a week ago getting estimates and then I had a scheduling conflict and everything was put on hold for a week or so.  I circled back around to ARC when I knew I would be home and scheduled an appointment about a week later.  They were flexible with their schedule and arrived during the time frame as stated (within 24 hours), and began the pressure washing and did a wonderful job.  Here's a few details to this job:  we have a 3-story home, it was a full house pressure washing job, our house backs up to a nature preserve, hence, there was a buildup of green algae-like on our hardy plank on one side.  Simply put, this was not an 1 hour job.  The fellas were polite and pleasant.  Overall, the gist is -- they did a great job and I will hire them again in 6 months or so to pressure wash again.  Glad I found them!  Thank you ARC!

"First day cleaning was not that great, only one person came for the service without proper ladder and assistant for help. Reported to the contract and arranged a new crew the next week and completed the job without any issues."

"They did a very good job on the roof even did the awning for me when I ask them. Turned out very clean. They wash the house in windows down afterwards oh, the only thing we noticed the next day as there was dirt on our deck that had not been washed off. we tried to broom It Off, but was rather hard to get off. Overall satisfied with the company"

Pressure Washing questions, answered by experts

You should wait until your pavers have completely dried and cured before pressure washing them. Wait at least three to five days, though some sealants may need up to an entire week. Rushing that timeline can mess with the finish, weaken the seal, or leave streaks that are tough to fix. Once the sealant has fully set, stick to a gentle approach. Keep the pressure under 1,500 PSI and hold the nozzle at least two feet from the surface. Anything stronger or closer can blast the joint sand loose or wear down the sealant you just applied.

If you’ve looked at power washing before and after photos, you might be wondering if this option isn’t the better cleaning solution for a wood fence. In fact, it just might be, especially if you’re struggling with issues like mold or embedded dirt. Keep in mind that the only difference between these two methods is that power washing uses hot water and pressure washing doesn’t, but sometimes such a small distinction can have a huge impact.

Does the water in your taps sometimes come out very slowly? If so, you might have problems with low water pressure in your house, and your pressure washer won’t effectively clean. To test if your water pressure is sufficient, time how long it takes for the water from your hose to fill a 5-gallon bucket. Usually, if it takes less than two minutes, you’re good to go.

The time it takes to pressure wash your driveway is mainly based on size (but your driveway’s material and condition also play a role). Small driveways can be pressure washed within an hour, medium within two hours, and large within four hours. However, this does not consider any prep time or time that sealing your driveway would take.

You should always hook up your pressure washer to the water supply before turning it on and ensure there’s a good water flow. If you try to turn the machine on without water in the system, it overworks and overheats the unlubricated pump. This can quickly lead to irreversible damage.
