Justin went above and beyond in installation of the sump pump which I purchased from him. He found a few things which needed to be corrected and he corrected them. Justin was very easy to work with and very accommodating. He kept me in the loop as to what he was doing and the time frame involved.

Justin is working on my basement right now as I write this, doing an interior sump pump install. I searched the internet a lot before hiring him to see what was out there, even talked to the ever famous companies everyone seemed to recommend. I am a 29 year old, single female, that has owned the house for about 5 years. I honestly didn't know much about waterproofing or where to even begin when the basement had flooded for the 2nd time this past spring. I called Justin up after reading all GREAT reviews about him online and the work he does. When he got to our house, he took the time to show me everything they were going to do... he even removed the stairs to trench behind them without asking me to do it. He got behind the furnace and water heater without any problems where other companies were telling us it would be very difficult. He simply made everything easy from the start, and made you feel comfortable that he would take care of everything. I went with my gut from the first day meeting Justin and it has proven right! We aren't even a dash worried about having issues ever again. The crew does great work! Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Liebenow Waterproofing. They did a fantastic job installing a drain tile and sump system in our basement. Very professional, highly skilled and at a competitive price. They actually left our basement cleaner than what they started with. Afterwords, we had drywall installed and the guys installing our drywall were very impressed with the job that Liebenow Waterproofing had done and they have done many jobs following drain tile installs.

The owner was very reasonable and flexible. The quality of work was outstanding and I couldn't be happier with their service.

I had a French drain installed in my existing basement to deal with water seepage issues. The job took 2 1/2 days and was challenging due to having to work around footers that supported the stairs. The crew moved through each obstacle with speed and efficiency. I was also impressed by how clean they were. They even put up plastic walls to keep dust out of the rest of the basement. When they left, the floor was probably cleaner than when they arrived! With all the recent rain I can now hear the water trickling from the new drain pipe into my sump pit. Much better than on my floor...
