The crew moved through each obstacle with speed and efficiency. I was also impressed by how clean they were. They even put up plastic walls to keep dust out of the rest of the basement. When they left, the floor was probably cleaner than when they arrived! With all the recent rain I can now hear the water trickling from the new drain pipe into my sump pit. "I spend very little time in my unfinished basement because it's damp.  When I noticed cracks in a wall - I contacted my home inspector who recommended getting an opinion from GGardner.  Randy Gardner came, checked things out and explained in terms that I could understand.  He offered a discount because of the two projects, and there was a coupon on the Angie's List website.  His crew was able to do the work of doing concrete reinforcement of the wall at risk, adding a buttress wall, and install drain tile system with a sump pump - the next week, when I was conveniently off work.  They came on time, got the job done and cleaned up nicely afterwards.  Randy was on site the whole time too.  While I haven't been through the soggy spring season yet, I'm expecting this to be extremely helpful - and just might finish the basement sometime.  I would definitely recommend this contractor."
