We have had problems with this gutter not catching all of the rain from the roof valley for years. Serg removed and replaced it. I have seen it in multiple rain storms, and it works perfectly. Not only does it function well, it look great too. He came when he promised, worked efficiently, and finished in one day. It was a great experience.

I can't say enough positive things about working with Serg. He is incredibly reliable, prompt, responsive, does amazing work, and also follows up to ensure everything is working correctly and looks great. The overall customer service experience was superb. My house needed gutters, but also had exterior water damage - rotted exterior wood trim (due to not having gutters), plus some soffit/fascia damage from a wind storm. The issue I was having trying to get it fixed was that the latter two jobs were too small to attract interest from other contractors, but Serg from JIS Pashur construction not only did a fantastic job outfitting my house with gutters, but because he has prior experience with siding/soffit/fascia, he was able to do my soffit/fascia project PLUS replace the wood trim, all under one quote. So instead of me having to seek out 3 different professionals, Serg was able to do it all. It was such a relief to get it all taken care of at once, and Serg did great work at a very good price. The work was completed very quickly, and Serg was excellent at explaining what my options were (including some less expensive options rather than pushing me toward higher priced options), and I really appreciated that. Everything about the project was really first rate. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Gutters matched perfectly and look great. Serg did a great job and was easy to work with.

I look at the gutters, downspouts and quality of craftsmanship on some of the homes in my neighborhood and they do NOT compare to the job done on my home. They compliment the home and you really do not even know they are gutters, looks like crown molding. If you want a top notch job that is custom hand crafted work, go with JIS. Very nice to work with. We had a difficult job with a very long run of gutter and were also removing a downspout which could not be attached to the house because of a walkway. They did a great job and we are very pleased with the result.

I only use this company for any gutters work in this area. He is very highly skilled siding and window installer and I would recommend them.
