"Gardner supplied an estimate back in November, but because of the holidays, we didn't act immediately. Once we'd had our first rain this year, we realized we needed to act again, and Gardner honored our original estimate. I think I called on a Friday, and they offered to do the job the following Wednesday. I had to do minimum prep to make the basement ready for them. They arrived promptly at 7:30, the time they had scheduled to start. There were 3 people on site to work, including the owner. It took them about 7 hours to complete the work.
