David kept us informed promptly when unexpected challenges arose with the stairs, listened to our preferences, presented alternatives and estimates, completed the work in time for the next contractor on our project, and made sure we were happy with the result. The expansion gaps were tight and completely covered when they installed the trim, so everything looked finished. They showed up on time, kept the workspace clean, and communicated clearly as we had furniture pieces in the workspace. You can tell they take pride in their work.  The job was for about 1100 square feet. The material total was $3,400 and S&S charged $4,600 total for demo & disposal of our old flooring, plus installing the new floors and trim. They came in under another quote we had got.
