Their 10-year labor warranty is also very impressive, and they stand behind their work. A couple of weeks prior, they were able to take a look at my old furnace right away despite having tons of calls due to the first cold snap of the year. The furnace install only took about three hours and was smooth as can be. The installer took great care in making sure floors were protected when hauling equipment in and out of the house. He also made sure to repair some ductwork that extended off the furnace. My suggestion is to make sure you call Home Comfort Systems if you need service or replacement of your furnace and/or air conditioning."

They had respected my property and even called in a roofer to properly vent the system through the roof. They even installed my smart thermostat. I would use them again. The people who installed the first thermostat installed an incorrect one not suited for a 2 stage furnace. He removed and disposed of the old furnace and installed the new one without incident. "Tim came out promptly, made a diagnosis and explained it so that I could understand, and arranged for a replacement the following day. David and David arrived the following day on time and, unfortunately there was 3 feet of snow blocking their path to getting my boiler out and the heavy cast iron boiler in. They worked together to shovel a path, and then worked continuously through the day until the job was done. David did a great job of explaining the workings of the boiler and left the place mess-free."
