"I have used Home Comfort on prior occasions to service my old furnace - they had replaced the capacitors and the main blower fan but on the most recent issue, the secondary fan went out. Rather than have it repaired (and seeing the number of repairs increasing each year), I decided it was time to replace the old furnace with a new one. I got a quote from Home Comfort for a new American Standard Gas Furnace with a 95% efficiency - it was scheduled for a Saturday. The serviceman was at my house at the time scheduled and had the entire work completed in about 4-5 hours. He was helped whenever necessary by an additional helper. They took the old furnace out and disposed of it and got rid of the packing material that the new furnace came with. It has been about 2 weeks now since the furnace was replaced and I have had no issues with the new furnace at all - it was done right the first time around. I would have no hesitation recommending this company for repairs and installation of HVAC systems."

They had respected my property and even called in a roofer to properly vent the system through the roof. They even installed my smart thermostat. I would use them again. "Tim came out promptly, made a diagnosis and explained it so that I could understand, and arranged for a replacement the following day. David and David arrived the following day on time and, unfortunately there was 3 feet of snow blocking their path to getting my boiler out and the heavy cast iron boiler in. They worked together to shovel a path, and then worked continuously through the day until the job was done. David did a great job of explaining the workings of the boiler and left the place mess-free."
