I am a small landlord in the Lakeview Chicago area and I came across Westward360 to help me with miscellaneous larger-scale maintenance and remodeling jobs at my properties. Some examples of their work include remodeling a bathroom, replacing flooring (including subfloor), adding light switches and outlets, installing new cabinets and plumbing fixtures, adding electrical circuits for a new washer/dryer, miscellaneous carpentry for building a laundry machine closet, adding a 220v dedicated circuit for an EV Charger, emergency water mitigation assistance, drywall and painting, general turnover (make-ready) work, and miscellaneous electrical work. I find them to be very responsive and reasonably priced. Their work is top quality and their employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend Westward360 for any area Chicago landlord or homeowner looking for property management, maintenance and/or remodeling services.
