Brian and Frank did a great job clearing a clog on my main line. Brian walked me through the whole process from initial evaluation to the major unclogging and flushing and explained everything to me in easy terms without making me feel dumb. They did their best to be respectful of property, family members working and even pets. They were prompt and polite. The work was expensive, but Brian did his best to be fair. I would hire them again.

I worked with both Sean and Joe, on both HVAC and plumbing work we needed done. Both of them were absolutely fantastic. Great craftsmen with attention to detail and patience to explain the ins and outs of the work, suggestions, and options. Originally, we were going to just get some plumbing work done. This went off without a hitch and Joe was fantastic to work with - personable, discussed options, and prices were very competitive. Everything is on a portal that you can see and review quotes, approve work, get appointments, or pay in a very convenient way. Joe also suggested a maintenance plan on the HVAC system, which on balance was a better deal for us to do both. Coincidentally, our AC went out shortly after, and I had to call Sean for an emergency visit. He arrived first thing the next morning and got everything up and running. The great part about it was Sean, like Joe, discussed all our options and had suggestions but left the decision to us without any pressure. When reviewing other concerns around hot/cold spots in the house, he gave a series of suggestions and options, some of which would not have gained them any new business, in the interest of solving the problem, not just selling us more stuff. In all, I wish all companies operated like these guys do. Extremely professional, timely, trustworthy, competitive prices, and reliable. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go with them.

Outstanding customer service provided by Sean when I needed a really bad drain backup cleared. He quickly came out to my home IN THE EVENING and took care of clearing my drain as well as the mess that was there from the stinky and gross overflow. When he finished the job he gave me some great tips on how to avoid this from happening again. So happy with his service and the bonus recommendations to keep my drain clean and clear. Highly recommend Legendary... and Sean! He has helped me with my furnace and my AC previously and is a great tech that knows his stuff! He's quick, polite and cleans up everything when done. They did a furnace/AC replacement in my home. Their scehduling system texts you when they are in route to your home. The install went seamlessly. They kept all work areas covered and clean.
