"Home Comfort Systems did a fantastic job with the replacement of my furnace (and my A/C five years ago). Steve is a highly reputable person and explains things easily for people not in the Heating & A/C industry. He is very straight-forward with his quote and doesn't try to pressure or scare you into purchasing something you do not need. Their 10-year labor warranty is also very impressive, and they stand behind their work. A couple of weeks prior, they were able to take a look at my old furnace right away despite having tons of calls due to the first cold snap of the year. The furnace install only took about three hours and was smooth as can be. The installer took great care in making sure floors were protected when hauling equipment in and out of the house. He also made sure to repair some ductwork that extended off the furnace. My suggestion is to make sure you call Home Comfort Systems if you need service or replacement of your furnace and/or air conditioning."

"He was very good.  I had some company coming from out of town and my air conditioning wasn't working.  He came that day to fix it.  He knows what he is doing.  He gets the job done.  He came within 1/2 hour of my phone call because he was in the area.  He got my air conditioner going right away.  It was really hot that day.  He took care of it right away.  He could have tried to tell me it was the compressor or something, but he didn't.  He was prompt, he did a good job, and he was fair.  He installed a furnace and air conditioner at my mother's house as well.  He did a good job there too.  He was here previously to try and quiet down my air conditioning, but nothing seemed to work too well.  He was really good on the installation, but I thought he was a little high on the repair. "

"It went quite well. The technicians (yes, two) showed up close to the scheduled time (there was a window allowed for arrival) and got right to work. They checked the furnace and determined there were no problems and moved on the boiler (we have both forced-air and baseboard heating). "Jon showed up at 7:00 am on the dot, exactly 2 days after his initial visit to install my new 2 stage carrier furnace. The price included the materials to raise the unit, the necessary metal work for the ducts, and a new thermostat. The people who installed the first thermostat installed an incorrect one not suited for a 2 stage furnace. He removed and disposed of the old furnace and installed the new one without incident. Jon took the time to walk me through the use of a programmable thermostat and where to place the filters. My basement was left immaculate."

"Needed a Carrier furnace Inducer motor. Let me first say that I DO NOT RECOMMEND CARRIER as they are like a BMW, nice to own but don't ever have one off warranty. The Carrier parts prices are RIDICULOUS. Now back to Zac. he's great. Zac provided a ballpark estimate over the phone, he was on time as well. Once the friggin CARRIER arrg, inducer motor assembly was installed, it emitted a high pitch whine. Zac came back and swapped it out with another one, at his cost - thanks Zac! The new one WHINES TOO albeit slightly less!, I'm stuck, but Zac did his part and he's a very nice guy and I would use him again for sure!"
