They checked the furnace and determined there were no problems and moved on the boiler (we have both forced-air and baseboard heating). "Needed a Carrier furnace Inducer motor. Let me first say that I DO NOT RECOMMEND CARRIER as they are like a BMW, nice to own but don't ever have one off warranty. The Carrier parts prices are RIDICULOUS. Now back to Zac. he's great. Zac provided a ballpark estimate over the phone, he was on time as well. Once the friggin CARRIER arrg, inducer motor assembly was installed, it emitted a high pitch whine. Zac came back and swapped it out with another one, at his cost - thanks Zac! The new one WHINES TOO albeit slightly less!, I'm stuck, but Zac did his part and he's a very nice guy and I would use him again for sure!"
