It didn't go well. They called me in the morning and said that they would be out some time between 10:30 a.m and 11:00 pm. I stayed home all day waiting until they called at 4:30 to say that they couldn't make it that day. I told them I'd get someone else.

Yesterday a service person came to assess the job. Today two servicemen came and did the work perfectly and they were very aware of leaving the areas clean. Very competent and professional. Very pleased. Great company to work with.

They came -- they checked -- they were friendly and did a fine job. They took a look at the humidifier, too, and found that the filter was moldy and needed replacement, so they did that, too. The charge below includes the filter they replaced.

JML did a great job replacing a cracked portion of a condensate line in my attic. The cracked PVC was up in the attic which is in a tight spot. Derek showed up the next day after I called and went up into the attic found the crack and replaced the pipe in a hour. There was only professionalism from him despite having to be in a hot tight attic digging through insulation for a hour replacing this condensate line. I would definitely hire this company again for any HVAC / Water Heater needs.

You can call there and they will be there. He'll call you back right away. I mean, he accommodates the people that he services. Just overall nice company, nice guy that owns it, reasonable. Did I find other people that were cheaper, yes, but I couldn't find the quality of work, and that is definitely worth paying for. He was there before I could get there.

Jon was very responsive! He arrived within 24 hours from when I called and I had the quote for the work later that day. He was able to get me scheduled within a few days to get the work done and the work was done very well! There was an issue with some of the old wiring in my house that came up during the installation which caused the fuse to blow when the A/C/Heat turned on and he took the time (2-3 hours) to replace the wire to ensure the A/C worked without issues in the future.

The installers arrived promptly as scheduled with all necessary materials and equipment. They were professional, courteous and friendly, and were careful to clean up before leaving. Because of the cramped quarters in our boiler room, they had to remove part of one wall for the installation but they were careful to notify us of this beforehand to get our OK, and to perform the removal in a way that made the repair easy. Also, since it was a two day job, they were careful to install the water heater first so that we could have hot water in the evening before the second day. All work was done to our satisfaction and we feel that we received good value for our money. We would have no hesitation in recommending JML for any heating or cooling work.

I called at 5:30 on a weekday, expecting to either pay a huge emergency fee or be told someone could come out the following day. However, Jon said he could be by in 15 minutes. He arrived quickly and was very friendly and professional. He was also very thorough and ended up filling up the air conditioner with more Freon. I though the price for the Freon was very reasonable compared to other companies we have used in the past. Jon also took a look at our furnace while he was over, but didn't try to upsell us on anything, just gave us tips. I will definitely call this company again in the future, and would recommend them to friends in the area.

My Air air conditioning stopped working last night call this morning on a Sunday they where here in 20 minutes and had me up and running in a half an hour had the part on the truck great service excellent attitude they didn't gouge me or break the bank because it was a Sunday.

Our AC unit had stopped working the previous day, so I called a few local companies in the morning.
The only one that answered without going through voicemail was Jon (the owner) at JML.
After explaining our problem he had a few ideas of the cause, so we scheduled a service call for the same day. He called when he was on his way and arrived on time.
Once here, he checked over the unit and diagnosed the problem. Fixed everything while he was here and kept the price to the service charge.
Jon also gave some advice on a separate issue with the location and sizing of our return air ducts that would make the system more efficient.
