We had tried to schedule but due to a personal issue that he had, he had to reschedule. Once rescheduled, he was 35 min late. Once we had dialogue and talked about the needs and design I felt confident. He advised me to send him additional photos of what I had envisioned for the laundry room. Once he left, I did not get any message, call, follow up, or even a response to my calls or text messages or to the photos He had asked me to send. I’d not know someone in a business model would Ghost a potential customer. I still have not heard from him, nor received any email, design layout as I was promised. It’s now been 4 weeks. I would not recommend based on the needs that were not met on the first engagement with this company and how they chose to stop communication."
