In fact, I was so happy with the service they provide that I not only used them to build a large custom home for my husband and I twelve years ago, I used them again to work on this very complicated custom buildout of our new condo. "The service provider was pleasant, professional and very responsive.  It's always a nightmare to experience a natural disaster but Drimax was sympathetic and managed to calm me down.  The response time was very good considering the fire took place 2 days before Christmas and he did get some crews out there on Christmas Eve.  They mainly put dehumidifiers the first two days (keep in mind it was Christmas Eve).  This didn't entirely make sense to me to have dehumidifiers running while the wet insulation was still there, but I have seen emergency restoration crews do this before so it must be protocal.  In short, I am grateful to the gentleman who gave up his Christmas Eve to help me out.  This is the best restoration crew I have used (sadly I have used 3 over the years).

"The end result is everything that I had hoped for.  The tile work and grout is excellent, as are the roof and wall repair and painting.  When I returned to the house weekly, the crews were very friendly and were working very hard.  The workers voluntarily fed the stray cats for me, replaced air conditioner filters after removing the floor tiles, and tried very hard to keep my house clean.  
     The only suggestion I  have  is  that the contractor give the owner more updates on the progress and any issues/questions that arise during the process, especially when the owner has relocated to out of town family during a  4+ week remodel.   
   Overall, I am very pleased with the work and how quickly they were able to start.  I would reccomend this contractor for any remodeling job, and would hire him again.
