Vitaliy communicated well, handled the permitting process, stayed within the budget we discussed, and made sure the construction stayed on track. He was always responsive and straightforward whenever we had questions. We were especially happy with the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail throughout the house. Everything came together very well, and they even finished a little ahead of our scheduled move-in date. We also appreciate that Vitaliy has remained responsive after the project was completed.
