This project has been on hold for the past two years, because I was getting the run around from the name brand company salespeople who only wanted to tell you what you need to get instead of hearing what it is you are looking to get done within your budget. Victor was very forthright and helpful, and we were able to set up an early appointment. At the appointment my wife and I felt very comfortable with Victor and felt absolutely no pressure to make an immediate decision, unlike the other sales rep that I have dealt with in the past. We did, however, decide to move forward with the project and put down a deposit the same day. I was told that it would take approximately six to eight weeks for the door and windows to be made and that I would be assigned a project manager to see the job through to completion. I received a call from the project manager Randall a few days later who also came by to double check the measurements and look at the scope of the project. The storm door and windows were made within the timeframe as promised and the installation satisfactorily done. We are pleased to say that we will use this company again in the future.
