New home improvement business. My whole goal is turning your house into your a place you can call home. I do landscaping such as turning your full grass into a very lushes green also creating a nice outdoor fir pit with seating. I also do accent walls, install appliances, fixing appliances, making furniture, flooring, custom floating shelves, and much more. I work as, you but the materials and I’ll install it for a low labor cost compared to big business.

I guess been an American Disabled Veteran, and having served this country, and having risked my life in the line of duty for many years in the United States of America Armed Forces doesn't mean didly squat to some people. This contractor here got to be one of the worst home improvements businesses ever,hands down. When you step on the boards your brand new $8,600.00 wooden deck they are not suppose to collapse, or cave in. But this exactly what happens when you step on more than half of the boards. This is happening because Mr. Matthew never attached, or/and secured those boards to the bottom of the deck foundation. Also as you can see there's A lot more issues going on with this deck. Mr. Matthew will argue all he wants, he will even show some photos that "seems like he did a proper job, but as you can see he did not. We were flexible enough with Mr. Matthew, to the point of allowing him to come back and try to fix this issues, but the damages are beyond "fixing". How many times do you have to come back to accomplish a proper job, shouldn't this jog, or any job, should have been done right the first time. More likely this deck will have to be removed, and install a new one. I will be posting a more detailed review on Google maps with videos, where it shows in more detail this damages.

"Like I stated over and over I would of been more than happy to give the 15 boats that you complain about. You said it look perfect and then some issue came about. I came out there fixed it and you shook my hand. Now a month later there is something else. I said I can come out there and you said no. You trying to take advantage of me being a young business owner. I have text and pictures to prove it. You are just trying to get a free deck. I don’t mind the review that is your view on things but any other company you hire should know you take an advantage and would like to get things free. Again I apologize you’re not satisfied. I offered to fix it but you denied. So there is nothing else to do. I said I can refund you the full amount but I will be removing the deck and no reply. I offered to give you credit for new deck bairds you declined. So I don’t know what you would like me to do. I am not giving a free deck that looks impeccable."

I guess that having serve this country, and risking my life for many years in the United States Armed Forces doesn't mean diddly squat to some.people. This got to be one of the worst home improvement businesses ever, hands down. When you step on a wooden board of your $8,600.00 brand new deck those boards are not suppose to collapse, and cave in. That's because Mr. Matthew never attached, or/screwed those boards to the floor/bottom foundation underneath the deck. The issue is that's not one 1 or 2 boards, is more than 1/2 of the whole deck boards that where not attached/secured to the foundation. Also, as you can see in this photos there is a lot more malfunctions in this project that I have space here to describe. Mr. Mathew will argue all he wants, he may even show photos that "seems" that he did a proper job, but he did not. This photos speaks volumes of this business poor integrity, and worst workmanship principles. I'm posting some videos on Google maps reviews where it really shows in detail these claims

Hired Matthew to put some furniture together - after putting together two pieces he said he'd have to return the following week. While wrapping up he said the murphy bed had holes that were improperly drilled - explaining that was the reason for the bed not going together correctly. He wanted full payment but I felt like him returning would give me a chance to look into the problem and give him a chance to fix it. After he left I looked at the directions and found that he installed a bar backwards. But I didn't worry as he would be returning. He never showed on the return date so I reached out a few times and his excuse was that his truck broke down. I told him to just refund some of the money as he couldn't tell me when he could return to fix the murphy bed. He said the middle bar being installed backwards was only worth $50 to refund. I explained it was going to cost a lot more to hire someone else to fix his install. You can see photos of the install that he took full payment for.

Fans were installed quite quickly. He took the time to clean up after as well such as cleaning the old fans and light fixtures, dust on the ground, and made sure everything was working such as the speed of the fan I wanted. Overall great work!

Do not hire this company. Matthew (which I assume is the owner and sole employee) told me he had experience in building wooden decks. Plus I thought Angi was a respected company to use for hiring contractors. So I hired him to re-deck our backyard deck in Nashville which was dilapidated. Matthew did the worse job I’ve ever seen. Floor boards not level with each other (which makes for a tripping hazard), nails not lined up with the boards they’re suppose to be nailed in to, cut boards not square, railing with large gaps underneath and not square with 90 degree railing boards. I have plenty of pictures but I don’t see a place on here to add them. I communicated with Matthew several times to fix the errors. To his credit, he went out 3-4 times to try and correct the problems. But there’s still uneven boards, a railing with large gaps and stairs with gaps. Why would someone complete a project with many errors and only return because the customer brought it to their attention?!! Do it right the first time and we wouldn’t have these discussions! He said he’s done with me complaining about his workmanship. Sorry but it was amateur at best carpentry. And I paid good money for his “experience” only to discover he has no experience at decking. He doesn’t answer my text messages anymore. I hired another contractor last week and he called me back and said it was a “terrible” re-decking job. He asked me where I found this carpenter and I told him on Angi. Now I have to pay this second contractor to remove all of the deck boards and railing (hoping to salvage about half of the existing boards) and then pay for more replacement boards. Plus labor costs again! This will probably end up in court. None of us should tolerate a scammer. I know I won’t.

"A very rude customer. Went back to fix what he said he wants to change then says looks good. Add new issues to the list and constantly fixing it. The job was to add new railing and base boards not to fix the entire deck supports such as the posts. He expected me to fix it without payment. Threatened to not pay full amount. Another customer that just try to take advantage of my business. Trying to say stuff is wrong to threaten me to give him the money back."

Experience was amazing. The request for dining table was preformed in a speedy manner with excellent work done. The table is made from real wood, is very sturdy, and is one of a kind. This table will last me a life time! From the time of request to getting the final product was amazing.
