All subcontractors were extremely professional, experienced and talented. The end result is a beautiful modern bathroom. We delayed the project several times for personal health reasons. Jeff never blinked. He was very accommodating and flexible. When we were finally ready he started on the agreed upon date. Throughout the project he kept us up to date what and when would happen next. In other words they showed up on time. Highly recommend!"

We had too much glass open to the patio, TFL took out existing glass doors and constructed a wall which was then stuccoed to match house. You can't tell that it isn't an original part of the house. The house painting, most recent job, was beyond excellent. For all the work, there was excellent preparation and execution. Clean up was superb, all areas after each job were left spotless. We have had Tom and his crew back over and over and would hire them for any job. The price is fair and consistent with the market. The quality of the work, however, is priceless."

"I had an unfinished kitchen for just over a year. I have had the worst luck w contractors. Before Ian, I started a remodel. The contractor demolished the kitchen, started some work, and the company dissolved. I lost a lot of money. I hired a second contractor to come clean up the work and began noticing little things that they were doing to cut corners and cover up things after the storm to speed up the project — which was already 9 months running. When I confronted the gc he blamed the contractor before him and eventually pulled out of the project, gave me the remainder of my money back but left everything unfinished and/or incorrectly finished. I honestly just wanted to sell my house “as-is” and be done with it because of the effort, time and money required to redo the kitchen correctly and what I already had invested. "This was a long process, and long project for them. We started in October 2009, and went to January or February of 2010. It was a long process, that had a lot of work. They did a good job. The house was built in 1974, and had dropped ceiling. I mean at that time I didn't get prices, so I didn't have anything to compare with. As far as the work they did. They had subcontractors that did work that I couldn't tell you who the were, that was on his end. He had gotten them to do it, and the concrete done. I had the driveway widen four foot. I had some concrete they re-poured over that the contractor didn't do, the sub person didn't do a very good job. They skimped on material and stuff. I cant hold it against them really."
