Evolution sent out another third party and they measured the house at something like 2,400 sq ft. We were provided a draft of the house and almost all the measurements were off. We communicated with Eliza and Collin but the corrected drafts were inaccurate as well. All we were trying to do was convert a golf cart garage to a closet and connect an existing bathroom to that closet, which would have increased our square footage from 1,490 sq ft to 1,610 sq ft. We sent the accurate measurements that we took ourselves to Eliza on November 18, 2025. Today is December 29, and despite a follow up call to Collin a few weeks ago we still haven?t heard anything from her. Fortunately we only spent a few thousand dollars on these clowns and have now found a reputable local company who has many more five star reviews on Yelp and this site. Avoid them at all costs!!"

We are a full service HVAC company with offices in Naples, Ft. Myers and North Venice, Florida. We serve the SW coastal communities from Bradenton to Everglades City and the adjoining inland communities in those counties. Conditioned air has over 300 full time employees, including more than 65 service technicians, and we have over 35,000 units under contract. We were named the Contractor of the Year for 2010 by the ACCA and received the Uncommon Friends Foundation Business Ethics Award in 2011. 2012 marked our 50th anniversary. Most recently in 2014, Conditioned Air was awarded Best Contractor to Work For in the South by the ACHR NEWS magazine.

"Placed a service call on our water heater with 2nd Century now owned by Conditioned Air, they used to be great and I used them for 15 years, They charged $169 callout and arrived really quickly (without a tool kit) took one look at he heater that was approx 5 years old and immediately quoted $1900 for a new one saying the leak was terminal. It looks very obvious to me that the copper pipe had a small leak and there was noting wrong with the heater, he quoted me $750 just to fix the copper pipe leak and said the water heater would need replacing anyway and would cost $1900 in addition if I tried to fix the pipe first. I called JCP plumbing of Naples who sent out a crew within an hour and they drained the tank, replaced the copper pipe all for $300. Proper plumbers who just want to fix things not just sell new units. Forgive me for being skptical but you may suspect the guy from Conditioned Air had zero intention of repairing my leak and just wanted to sell me a new heater. "

Work completed includes 3 bedrooms, living/dining area; popcorn ceilings removed, beautiful crown molding installed in all rooms; gorgeous ceiling beams installed in living/dining area; drywall repair where needed; beautiful paint job; new doors, flooring and light fixtures/fan installed. Their name fits … the rooms were transformed. They gave us a unique kitchen design that resolved a space issue in the current configuration and worked closely with us during the design and selection process. The kitchen is in progress and going according to plan. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Transformers. Nick and Bob are great guys, trustworthy, and truly a pleasure to work with. They do what they say they will do, in the committed timeframe; exactly what you want from a contractor. They have taken great care in protecting our belongings and keeping the place neat and clean. As a result, we were able to be there for a lot of the work. We headed to our home north just before the kitchen demo. Communication is excellent. Nick has been in constant communication with progress reports and pictures. Hurricane Ian inflicted damage on our unit. We heard from Nick the next day with a report on the damage. He’s been in constant communication, providing pictures and videos, and going above and beyond to help us deal with the damage. Dealing with the damage long distance would have been difficult otherwise. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found such an outstanding contractor."
