The work was good but now I need to get ahold of someone for more than two weeks. No return call, no one picks up and no one responds to an email. So disappointing. I will not recommend them at all!

Company is straight trash. Roof has leaked twice now in two years and canâ t get in touch with anyone to fix it. Stay away from them. Angieâ s sucks too as they owned them and wonâ t o anything to fix it. Stay away from Angieâ s too

Fine. I analyzed several contractors & chose Angi's due to reputation and outstanding 'Worry Free Warranty-15 Year Workmanship Warranty'. What has occurred is, I now have a leak in one of my rooms. And when I went to call contact #'s, they were not answering the phones & texted me they were out of business. I had to leave the country for a previously planned vacation. When I got back, I dove into this. Now, I know Angi's purchased THR (Total Home Properties on Jul 1, 2021 for $25.4M). That, along with the outstanding Warranty is one of the overall reasons I chose Angi's. Now, back to the issue at hand.....my current leak due to workmanship. When I called and got the response from some polite office lady, that stated they were going out of business, that was not accurate.....yes, their specific operations were being closed. But what actually occurred is Angi's sold THR to a 3rd party on Nov 1, 2023....9 months after completing a contract for a new roof with me. Now, I am a retired corporate guy with over 3 decades of corporate experience & you just do not buy and sell companies overnight. My point is, Angi's sold me roof 'most likely-high probability' knowing they were going to sell. Not a problem as long as Angi's sold the backlog /customer list & warranties and the new owners honor those warranties. So, I can rate the actual roof experience below (which was good). But that is not the issue. The issue is, I now have a current leak ......that needs to be fixed via the warranty I purchased & paid for to Angi's in the purchase price of $17,320.00, Feb 21, 2023. Like I said, the initial install was fine. So, the rankings below are a moot point. Angi's needs to help resolve this issue. Please advise ASAP.

No communication, missed inspections, leaks during installation. It was a total mess. The worst part was calling the Bradenton office at 3pm when the crew didn't show up that morning and being told that the crew would be there by 4pm. Brandon, thanks for talking to me like I'm an idiot. Jessica, thanks for telling me that I'm being emotional about my roof. Glad you're going out of business, because you wouldn't have done any warranty work anyway.

Total Home Roofing installed a metal roof in December of 2020. The project took about a month to complete.

I had a brand new roof installed in March 2022 and now 2 years later the roof is already leaking. No one picks up or calls me back from the "Quality" or warranty department and when I went through the warranty submission processes with picture evidence of the leak online. The only response I received was a text stating the company has closed and to contact someone else to have my roof fixed. Even though there website and phone line are still active for new customers. Total SCAM

Service was terrible throughout the whole experience

The roof is fine. They did not clean up at all after the job. We had to get all the old nails out of the yard and some trash.

My roof leaks. They have come out 3x and can't fix it properly. I called this week to speak to them .no one answers the phone. Have they gone out of business? If so, what about my warranty? So sorry I hired them.

Extremely easy to work with.

Everything seemed to be fine with work performed until a leak was noticed on the second floor of my home. Water stain on ceiling was noticed at the end of September 2024. Water stain increased in size on October 8 and extremely visible on October 9. I checked the roof to ensure all shingles are intact. There are no missing, damaged or bent shingles. Based on the location of water on my ceiling, it appears water is entering around one of the roof vents. I have attempted contact multiple times, left messages and submitted service request via company website. I have not received a call back or respone of any kind.

we ended up purchasing asphalt instead of metal, Initially, I felt they were doing a good job. There are some issues. Once you paid them, they just disappeared. If you have issues, you have to call them repeatedly until you give up. Terrible customer service, terrible at follow up.

They worked nonstop and did a great job, it looks wonderful,. They did a good cleanup job too, workers were frienly.

Someone came out and explained the whole project start to finish. The crew did an excellent job and cleaned up everything afterwards. They followed up and made sure everything was good. I definitely would recommend Total Home Roofing.
