  • Salt + Light Construction Co
William was an excellent contractor for us. He showed up on time, charged a reasonable price and we were thrilled with the results. He built a greenhouse foundation for us and also a custom fence to separate our yard from our neighbors. We would absolutely hire him again.

  • C & C Construction & Remodeling
Hired this company for a kitchen remodel but buyer beware as this company has no intention of standing by their work. They will be your best friend while collecting money from you but understand should you have any issues with craftsmanship or defective finishes and cabinets you will only hear crickets from the office and owner. I can provide months of texts messages and phone calls with absolutely no response or concern. I had defective finish on several cabinets only months afters I paid for a brand new kitchen. No response from CC other than excuses and false promises but majority of time just avoiding my calls. They will complete your project but understand any problems you can expect some of the worst customer service. Once they have your money you become the last on the list for any concerns/problems or defects. My thoughts were very high initially of the company but once they had majority of funds for the project, time dragged actually had several months of no communication during project with unfinished items within the kitchen. Now I have paid for brand new kitchen to have a defective cabinet faces and months of no customer service regarding defects. I have been more than patient with them and as professional. Would absolutely not recommend this company for any remodel projects

  • Noel Painting
They did a great job with the caulking, sealing and painting, but unfortunately painted it all white instead of peach with white trim, which was requested. Since the property was a rental property, it was difficulty to schedule repainting, plus they blamed the paint supplier. We were very disappointed that it was the wrong color, but the quality of the work itself was excellent

  • Deckwashing Plus
Aaron did a GREAT job. Super meticulous and detailed. He has some tricky angles to work with and he did a super job. They look beautiful!

  • Lifestyle Group Residential Remodeling
The Lifestyle group was patient in the beginning as we worked with them long distance from Denver. They were very specific in documenting their plans and proposals. As the work started, it moved pretty much on schedule and the ultimate move in date was met. They were quite accurate around remaining to do's as the work progressed. They were easy to work with and quite professional. Their employess were experienced and nice to be around. Important, because we spent a lot of time with them. The quality of the work was very good. We felt comfortable with them in our home with or without us being there

  • Solarshield Industries Inc
Excellent job. Very detailed estimate by Scott Turley (I had to sit through a 1.5 hour "class", after which I new more about roofing than I ever wanted to know). The roof was measured by satellite and then again in person by Frank. They listened to my concerns and requests; arrived earlier than estimated. All permits were obtained. All inspections were passed without delay. A large crew arrived and the work was done in a clean, professional manner under Ron's supervision, without any interruption of our office practice. Everything was cleaned up at the end of every day; no nails were left, no significant damage was done to the vegetation or to our alarm/sprinkler system. Pictures were made of the hurricane straps and roof repairs in progress. Every time I climbed on the ladder the progress was explained in detail. The crew helped me save left over material which I intend to use for my hobbies. We now have a beautiful copper metallic roof and finally a fancy medical office in Naples. The extra insulation should keep us more comfortable. Above all; we feel more safe. Good contractors are very hard to find in Florida. (See my other reviews). Therefore, I am still in shock after this exceptional experience and would hire them again in a heart beat

  • Roof Smart of SW Florida
Besides checking out Roof Smart on Angie's List, we were referred to this company by two satisfied customers we personally knew, and we have not been disappointed with our choice. To begin with, we were given a list of completed jobs with the color shingles we were looking at, so we could drive around and see the finished result, which helped us make our choice. We realized from the beginning that this was a major project and expected problems, but in actuality they were few and any that did occur were taken care of by this company. Throughout the duration of the work, we were always able to make contact with someone if there were any questions or concerns. The finished project and cleanup was excellent. We would especially like to thank Frank, Misty, and Craig for everything they did to help make this major project less stressful. Without a doubt, this is a company that takes pride in its work and is professional in every way

  • Mark Kaufman Roofing
I contracted with Mark Kaufman Roofing thinking they were a cut above the rest. However I found this to not be accurate. Friday evening right after they laid the new underlayment we had a hard downpour. We literally had water running down from a water closet vent fan, soaking the ceiling, floor, and trim underneath it. Additionally, we had a leak in a different area leaving the ceiling wet. I called the main office, the job supervisor’s cell phone, and even left an email on the main web site. “Call me on my cell anytime,” the job supervisor said. But that apparently doesn’t include after hours or on weekends. I did not hear back until Monday morning. (Note that they are not responsible for workmanship issues that cause damage to your home. Not even from initial workmanship issues.) Part of the contract was for Mark Kaufman Roofing to replace damaged wood (not unlimited – I would need to pay for excessive wood needing replacement, which I was fine with). The result was that the amount of wood was less than what we contracted for, however one board that needed to be replaced was a four-foot length of rough sawn trim (approx. 1.5” x 6”) over the garage. Mark Kaufman Roofing replaced it with a piece of 2 x 6 framing lumber, knots and all. I brought this to the attention of the job supervisor, however it was not fixed, nor did they ever say why they used common framing lumber for trim. I called the original salesman who sold the job to me, and he said he was unaware of the problems, but that the owner would want to call to find out what was going on. I responded that to find out what was going on he first needed to talk to his job supervisors, as I had talked to them about the problems, and they knew exactly what had gone wrong. That was the last I heard from Mark Kaufman roofing. I really dislike having conflicts with contractors. However, based on their response so far, I have concerns that Mark Kaufman Roofing will continue to stonewall me in the future regardless of the guarantee. I hope others will learn from my experience

  • Storm Defense
Very pleased with the result! Tim was very responsive and made calls to the company to see if he could purchase a new leg for the chair. When the company (Macy's) refused to sell him the leg, although they had it, Tim took the broken leg and repaired it, then sanded and restained the leg. It is perfect! The chair is now back in use
