I manage a condominium where Luxury Home Solutions has remodeled a few units. LHS has been very easy to work with, from the office staff (Sophia) to the project managers (Jesse and Ryan). LHS has always kept me updated with their projects and I have always appreciated they way they communicate. I would highly recommend LHS for their professionalism, quality of work and overall satisfaction their clients have had.

I could not ask for a better contractor than Norm Bloxham and his team. In fact, I was so happy with the service they provide that I not only used them to build a large custom home for my husband and I twelve years ago, I used them again to work on this very complicated custom buildout of our new condo. Norm Bloxham and my Foreman, Jesse Cueto, went above and beyond on this very difficult project. The level of professionalism Norm and his team bring to the table is excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch contractor.

LHS Luxury home solutions did an excellent job on updating our house. Fixed several leaks in our existing tile roof after the hurricane removed and rebuilt a leaking chimney and corrected the problem is repainted sections of the house re-install decorative trim on existing garage doors and we moved some gutters they were creating leaking problems! We found LHS very easy to work with and did a great job for us and can highly recommend their work!

Installed new impact windows and garage service store. Restock owed house where tree roots had damaged many areas. Removed existing screen closer around pool and re-installed View screen engineered with much less Structural up rights drastically increasing the riverfront views. Extended pool deck and re-tiled pool deck area reconfigured serving bar on back patio with new granite tops and sink removing leaking exhaust vents, they repainted The exterior of my entire house. luxury Home Solutions didn’t excellent job they completed the project on time per budget and we are very pleased with the finished product! I can highly recommend the LHS team!

We were very pleased with final results. LHS adhered to the terms of the agreement. They accommodated our minor preference changes without charge. Where certain unplanned upgrades were requested, reasonable change orders were provided. Our only concern was that the items and amounts in the change orders were identified later than expected, but pricing was reasonable. The highest compliment I make is that Jessie Cueto, the project manager ALWAYS attempted to complete the work to our satisfaction. He wasn't finished until we were pleased. He listened to our preferences, and always accommodated our requests. As a result, a few things took longer than planned, but the end product was worth the wait. LHS is a responsible general contractor who charges appropriately for top quality work.

Last year, my husband and I bought a house in a Fort Myers gated golf & tennis community and we wanted to completely renovate the entire house including the kitchen, bathrooms, lanai kitchen and build a new laundry in the house. My husband and I are both very picky and knew that we needed a contractor who could work with us long distance and had good craftsmanship, communication skills and attention to detail. We also knew from renovating our home up North that you get what you pay for. We searched Angie's list, Houzz & the Better Business Bureau and found 2 contractors in the Fort Myers area that met our criteria. After talking to the owner of Luxury Home Solutions (LHS), Norm Bloxham, and Jesse Cueto, project manager, we knew we had found our contractor. We worked with Jesse on our vision, plan and materials. Jesse was absolutely fantastic to work with. He's very organized and he's got great design sense. He’s happy to give you his opinion, but he doesn’t force it. We knew our colors revolved around our Cambria countertop and he respected this. He helped us design our kitchen and new laundry room, and helped us pick out all our materials – flooring, cabinets, tile and paint. Jesse was also a great project manager and communicator. It took several revisions of the design and the contract and Jesse was on top of both. LHS uses a website program called "Basecamp" and during the project, Jesse put up photos so we could see how the work was progressing. Jesse also communicated via texting, phone calls and FaceTime. The subcontractors that LHS employs were very good. The workmanship was excellent and they used quality building materials. LHS didn’t consider the project complete until we were totally satisfied. The bottom line is that we are extremely happy with our home renovation and we would definitely hire LHS again.

It is a pleasure to work with a processional company like LHS. They were in and out with all proper permits and did a wonderful job. LHS exceeded our expectations.

The job was very easy from start to finish. We agreed on a list of items that needed to be completed and the amount of time it would take to complete the job. Their employees arrived on time. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Their employees were very nice, and responsive to my needs.

From start to finish, the exerpence that we had with Luxury Home Solutions was exemplary. The company was very open to our ideas about what we were looking for and was quick to put them into action for us. Couldn't ask for more caring or knowledgeable employees who took care of our every need. Every one one of the crews that came were on time, knowledgable and pleasant. LHS and especially project manager Jessie Cueto made a long-distance project not only manageable but enjoyable. I first met Jessie and Vice President/General Manager Michelle Holt through Angie's List when I was searching for cabinet options. My original contractor fell through shortly thereafter and LHS willingly picked up my project. We started planning last summer, signed a contract at the end of August, received a permit at the end of September, and started demolition in mid-October. I moved back into the condo in mid-February. I rated LHS with an A for everything except Price, which I rated as B-good. They certainly will work within a budget you provide. More importantly, for me, going with a reputable firm that follows the rules and does quality work was well worth the cost. LHS's subcontractors were good and were managed appropriately. Jessie made sure that all work was done with the least amount of disturbance to my neighbors. Although I have built a two-story home, another condo and have done a major renovation of another house, I have never worked with a project manager like Jessie. We were on the same page at every step. He was also able and willing to help me with several design decisions. Communicating through a few personal visits, email, phone and texting was easy. Jessie is not only competent and quality conscious; he is friendly and easy going too. My condo is now clean, beautiful, up to code, and fitted with all new floors, doors, wood trim, lighting, bath fixtures and fittings, cabinets and appliances. Even as my project finished up, Jessie has been accessible for touch ups and questions. I would gladly work with LHS again.

We recently completed a full house renovation project (interior and exterior) on a vacation home in Marco Island. Taking on a project of this scope from a thousand miles away was a daunting prospect but from our initial meeting with LHS we were put at ease. The level of professionalism, responsiveness and communication is a rare find these days. Out project manager was Jessie Cueto and words can't praise him enough. Jessie is a person of high integrity and patiently guided us through the construction process. Jessie was onsite daily, kept the jobsite clean, and kept us updated on the progress thru photographs. We are thrilled with the results of our remodel. If we were to pursue another construction project in SW Florida we would most definitely choose to work with LHS again.

We were treated so kindly from the moment we walked in the door. Norm and Michelle took the time to understand our needs and they were executed wonderfully. We would love to work with LHS again on future projects!

We were extremely pleased with our experience with LHS. They made excellent design suggestions to give our guests private bathrooms. They were very pleasant and professional to work with. We live in Canada so everything was done while we were away. We were consistently updated with emails and photos on the progress of our project. Plus, great care was taken to protect everything in our home while work was being done. The sliding glass doors are amazing! The finished product is beyond our expectations and we would highly recommend LHS.

LHS helped us with the remodeling, design and planning, of our master bathroom and bedroom. They organised contractors and managed the schedule keeping the project on time and the work up to a very high standard. Our project manager, Michelle, was excellent and professional throughout, she not only managed the schedules but took care of details - nothing was overlooked and when needed she worked in her own time.

We met with and got bids from several construction companies. We have had a great experience so far, LHS met with us a couple of times, they have been very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We are looking forward to having them complete our remodel!

LHS did an outstanding job! All work was performed by employees, not subcontractors. They consistently showed up on time and provided superb communication. The project manager always came to the house during all phases of the work to review what was to be done and provided Q & A. They delivered the work per the estimate; there was no attempt made to change the price during the project.

The owner, Norm, and our project manager were very nice to deal with. We had difficulties along the way regarding interpretation of contract, delay in work being finished.

Our goal was perfection and LHS fulfilled that need. They gave me many options to choose from when selecting all my finishes. The LHS team aimed to please no matter what my desires or requests were. The project came within our budget and was completed on time.
