Tom & his team did a complete remodel of my home after Hurricane Ian. The world is fantastic but his after care is even better. I have since purchased a new home and he takes all my calls and answers all my questions on a home he’s never touched. That is above and beyond and not common these days. Thx Tom!! TFL Development installed two hurricane doors. They were on time and I particularly appreciated how careful they were to keep dust and dirt from spreading. The building inspector commented that the installation was above and beyond requirements. I highly recommend them.

Tom and his crew were outstanding. This was a long distance project for us and we could not have had a better experience. Tom is a perfectionist and it shows in every little detail of his work. We got videos throughout the process to show us the results as well as calls if a decision needed to be made at the spur of the moment. We will continue to call Tom for any work needing to be done and would do this again with him in charge next week.

The whole process was smooth and professional. Thomas is honest and straightforward. We had a good understanding of the scope of the project up front, including how much it would cost. The work is very professional and beautifully done. Thomas quickly addressed and solved any issues. We would definitely hire him again!

I can't say enough about Tom. He is a master builder; his work is A+. Tom came back to our house multiple times to chase after little odds and ends that hadn't quite been finished. He got all the inspection done. Tom gave us a contract with exactly what he would do and a timetable for payments. We added items along the way and Tom always gave us a fair price. The most important thing is that Tom is as honest as the day is long. We do plan on hiring him again.

Beyond excellent. Floor replacement was done at two intervals, three rooms at a time. They are beautiful. We had too much glass open to the patio, TFL took out existing glass doors and constructed a wall which was then stuccoed to match house. You can't tell that it isn't an original part of the house. The house painting, most recent job, was beyond excellent. For all the work, there was excellent preparation and execution. Clean up was superb, all areas after each job were left spotless. We have had Tom and his crew back over and over and would hire them for any job. The price is fair and consistent with the market. The quality of the work, however, is priceless.

Very friendly and professional. Arrived on time. Tom knew exactly what I wanted. The seat is amazing. So well built and sturdy. Tom knew what he was doing. I highly HIGHLY recommend him. I'd call him again in a heartbeat.

I'm amazed now looking at a house that I almost don't recognize. Both Tom and Mike literally pulled off a miracle. The project was completed on time and on budget. I would HIGHLY recommend TFL Development Corp.

All work was professionally done.  The windows were put in with the upmost care - kitchen was remodeled with new cabinets, ceiling, lights, counter tops, sink, door and paint - bathrooms were remodeled new ceiling, lights, exhaust fans, grab bars in shower and bath tub, towel rack and paint.


All work was done professionally and on time.  When they said that they would be here at a time they were here on time.  They cleaned up every time they completed their work each day.

Outstanding workmanship and professionalism!  We can't say enough good to express our satisfaction with TFL. They did all they said they would do and more and delivered everything with a smile. 
We had to move a very large, heavy, hurricane glass window in our family room to make it aesthetically pleasing - and because it continued to leak "somewhere" (no one could find the source of the leak).  Tom (owner of TFL) came to estimate the repair/move cost when he said he would.  He then arranged for all the city/county permits and approvals including engineering drawings and made a plan to complete the job that worked within my schedule.  I flew all the way from CO to get the work done.  Other contractors have failed to show up for work after making definite appointments wasting our time and money - not TFL.
Tom and his crew showed up promptly and maximized the work that could be accomplished each day.   The work is beautiful both inside and outside (whole wall had to be stuccoed outside as well).  I am so happy with the final outcome.  They were even available to do some other projects while they were here at my house.  If you want high quality, dependable work done at prices that won't break your bank, call TFL Development.  We will happily do business with them again.

We waited a while for Tom to do the job because he is very busy due to his fine craftsmanship and outstanding reputation. It was worth the wait. Tom was on time and showed up even though his helper could not. We were impressed by this professionalism.
He installed the door and the trim work and it looks terrific. Thank you, Tom, for your attention to detail that makes all the difference.

Tom does a fine quality job re: tile installarion of tiles in a small bath remodle job.  He remedied an ill-fitting securiity door with no issues.  We have used Tom in the past and will again.

The work went well.  They re-surfaced and painted my living room wall, tiled the floor, and moved a built-in wine rack from the living room to the nook.

Tom responded to our request for a meeting/estimate immediately.  He asked for no money up front.  His price was fair.  We special ordered a window from home depot and Tom offered to pick it up for us which saved us a $69 delivery fee.  He showed up as promised and started work at 8AM each day, skipping lunch because he said it slowed him down.  He kept removing his shoes to enter the house until we told him it was unnecessary to do so.  During the process Tom hung drop cloths and plastic sheeting to protect the areas surrounding the project.  Before he left each day he made sure the work area was cleared of debris and other materials - putting materials back in his truck for work the next day - nothing left around for us to trip over.

Tom's demeanor was calm and re-assuring.   If he ran into a snag, he did not lay any anxiety on us, but handled it quietly and competently.  Tom is a gentleman artisan.  We will definitely use him for future projects, and we feel so fortunate to have chosen him for this job.
