"they filled in the old septic tank and took out two citrus trees . We finnally decided we didn't need a saw to cut them just strength to carry them to the front . It is still rocky where they filled it in and we haven't planted grass. we may need some good black dirt . too bad that wasn't in with the project . the sand is rocky so not really sure.
