R&E CHIEF SEPTIC LLC

I got a call from R & E Chief Septic llc after contacting Angi’s List, they asked if I knew the location of the tank and I said yes but it was buried, the woman on the line said they would get the drawings from the county, that same day I got a call from Juan one of the employees and he said he was going to stop buy and mark the location, I was not home but when I got home I could see white flags in the yard. They also recommended installing an above ground cover for the next pump out. I got 2 more estimates and they were all higher and neither company offered to come out and mark the tank. We went with R & E Chief because of the great up front customer service. Need to give a shout out to Juan, Fredy and Paco they did an excellent job. And also the woman who answered the phone. So if you need septic work done, put this company at the top of your list. Ron Welch

Thank goodness for Mastero Edgar, his family and Crew! It was a dark and stormy night in Feb 2021, icy yard and flooded basement. We had cleared our septic tank 3 months prior and the basement flooded with clean water! We had hired a plumbing company 2 nights in a row...no clear answers despite hours of work!! Then I reached Angie.. Mr. Edgars daughter , Mr. Edgar overheard me, and spoke to me at 8:45 pm... on a Saturday night !!!! He did not have to... but he did. He found the problem....the following day I watched the most synchronized orchestra by the team ! Still mesmerized by the way the work was carried out! I work in health care, I am a business woman and I love classical music! Let me tell you all, their work is innovative! My husband and I live in peace after those 3 agonizing days... knowing that there are angles out there and then there is Mastero Edgar, his family and crew! Clean, professional, affordable. Within a few hours of submitting my search in Angie's List for a company to empty my septic tank, R&E Chief Septic called to schedule the appointment and provide me with the cost. I was surprised at the quick response and immediately set up an appointment. They were on time and quickly went to work. I will definitely use them from now on!

I called 3 local companies and Angie called me back at 6 (after hours) and I left message at 5:15. I had raw sewage leaking in my house and explained issue and Edgar came out first thing in the morning the next day which was Thursday. They quickly started on Saturday. I spent $2300 but boy did they earn every bit of it. Edgar was very fair, honest and incredibly helpful. The most important thing of all is that I trusted him and he delivered on his word. I would highly recommend to everyone. Great family owned business!

Absolutely the best experience with a septic company (and we've used quite a few in the Brookeville/Olney area) From the first emergency called we placed to Angie who was amazing, to Juan who is completely knowledgeable, kindhearted and professional! They showed up exactly when they said they would and Hector and Freddy worked hard and efficiently. We are grateful for all of them and we will without a doubt be using R&E Chief Septic moving forward!

These guys were amazing. First on the phone, Angie was extremely informative, answered all of my questions and made everything super easy. Juan was extremely thorough in his analysis, recommendations, and feedback. They had to "look" for my septic tank as it was buried. They accomplished everything as promised and explained every step of the process. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing septic service, cover installation, inspection of the septic system.

Great. Guys were professional and arrived early for the appointment.

Arrived on time and evaluated our yard and informed us we could pump the tank without digging it up. This saved between $50 & $100. Everything they did was clearly explained and the entire job was completed within 1 and 1/2 hrs. I highly recommend R&E Chief and will hire them again next time their service is needed.
