The technician was lovely. I was so stressed about this issue and how long it would take and when it would get done. Lian was prompt, arrived earlier than expected, and got right to work. He explained everything and reassured me about the issue. Got everything done the same day within a couple of hours tops. I submitted a request with Angi around 6pm and received a response from SUMA that evening. He arrived the next morning, gave me a competitive estimate to consider...two hours later I agreed. He came back that afternoon and began installing two new pumps, removed pipe valves and cleaned the silt from the pit. All completed within a few hours...very well done!

They discovered that what Roto-Rooter had concluded was not correct and they were able to fix the problem, which is now completely resolved. Friendly, quick on-time arrival and helpful advice, they are a small company with a good reputation and I used them again for an unrelated minor repair, also with excellent results.
