Technicians came out to service my septic tank and did a great job explaining what they were going to do. When they found a problem with the lid gave me alternatives to choose from and a recommendation that would make maintenance easier in the future. helped me get the best price to boot. The install of the riser went smoothly as well. Definitely recommended.

They were very prompt and did a professional job without any problems. I especially appreciated the constant updates of the status. My only complaint was that they quoted an estimate but stated all payments by credit card required a 2.5% surcharge, and they offered no office address for delivery of a check or payment to avoid charge. They did offer a PO box which obviously would have delayed the repair process several days. We, like most people that need septic repairs wished to have it done as soon as possible.
