"Thank goodness for Mastero Edgar, his family and Crew! It was a dark and stormy night in Feb 2021, icy yard and flooded basement. We had cleared our septic tank 3 months prior and the basement flooded with clean water! We had hired a plumbing company 2 nights in a row...no clear answers despite hours of work!! Then I reached Angie.. Mr. Edgars daughter , Mr. Edgar overheard me, and spoke to me at 8:45 pm... on a Saturday night !!!! He did not have to... but he did. He found the problem....the following day I watched the most synchronized orchestra by the team ! Still mesmerized by the way the work was carried out! "Great Falls Septic pumped out our septic tank and they did a great job! Kurt was the service technician that came out and he was so polite and professional and called me before he headed our way and arrived right on time. He even took photos of where the tank head was located as we could not remember, and texted them to me. He gave us advice on things to do to help keep build up from occurring which I really appreciated. We had another company pump out our tank the previous time and they were terrible. Will be using Great Falls next time."

"It couldn't have gone better! I called them Thursday night and Rick and his son, Wyatt, came out early the next morning. I know nothing about a septic system, but Rick was so helpful, understanding and HONEST!! I have had this problem for the past 5 days, but seemed to clear up after I had called another well-known company because my toilet was backed up. All they did was run a "snake" through the pipes and charged me TWICE as much as Rick Aits did and Rick did WAY more than the other company. It might not mean much, but the little things matter! When Rick and Wyatt dug up my yard to get to the tank, he saved the sod to put back as best as he could instead of just tearing up my yard. I really appreciate that. "Owen and Adam arrived within the agreed time frame. They explained what needs to be done before having me signed the agreement. After cutting a portion of the ceiling it was found that the toilet above is leaking—video tape of the leak was shown to me. They then explained what needs to be done to fix the leak—I.e., the commode will need to be taken out, replace the wax and re-seal the toilet. The work was clean and efficient. Owen also gladly took out the bidet that I requested to be taken out and even replace the waterline with a new one. I was also glad that they gave me a senior discount when I presented my AARP card."

My only complaint was that they quoted an estimate but stated all payments by credit card required a 2.5% surcharge, and they offered no office address for delivery of a check or payment to avoid charge.
