I hired them to do a major concrete project in the back of my house. They had to dig out, and hail away lots of dirt and then build a concrete walkway with steps going up. The end result is perfect! They were on time, kept me aware of what was expected each day, met and exceeded my expectations. Jalal, the project manager, worked very well with the city inspectors. The workers were very friendly and paid lots of attention to detail. Jalal was onsite daily, he also jumped in to get the work done! Jalal wants to do a good job and he treats his crews well. He is very communicative. My project was completed on time and inside of the budget. Jalal is easy to work with. I am very happy with their work and will bring them back to do more.

Joe & Sons was hired to determine and fix the cause of a water leak that was damaging a bedroom ceiling. Owner Jalal determined that roof damage had allowed the leakage, and he and assistant Saed (sp?) repaired the roof (new shingling; caulking with roof cement; thorough cleaning of shingles and gutters), as well as patching the damaged bedroom ceiling area and repainting the ceiling. They also voluntarily (and at no additional cost) fixed a sticky screen door by removing it and planing its bottom. The entire experience couldn’t have been better. Jalal and Saed were extremely polite and conscientious, taking excellent care to keep the work areas clean, and explaining everything they did. They were also very prompt/timely, responding to phone calls, texts, and the contract itself very quickly. They definitely rank among the best contractors we’ve ever hired, and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. (Full disclosure: It has not rained since the repairs.)

Joe was great. He installed an electronic door lock and He realigned a side entry door. He changed a light switch in the kitchen and installed a lighting fixture. Heâ s also a cool guy to chat with. Will definitely hire him again.

I had a portion of the siding of my house burnt from a barbecue incident, so I called different companies for estimates. Jalal gave me the most decent estimate, so I decided to give him a chance due to financial reasons. To say that I was impressed, is an understatement. He went way beyond my hopes and expectations. Jalal was very thorough and detailed with his work. He matched everything perfectly to make it look brand new again. He was also very honest and genuine with everything he said or did.
