"I needed to replace an old townhouse roof damaged by high winds. My experience with Roofing & More from my first contact with Marie was outstanding. Dwayne came a few days later and provided an estimate, complete explanation of roofing options and company polices, the insurance, license, pamphlets and documents. He also had a crew come out, the next morning, to put up some tarps. Angie keep me completely up-to-date on the project and scheduling, I was never left in the dark wondering about what was happening. Rob, Operations Manager, came out for a pre-construction meeting to explain exactly what and how the crew would perform the replacement, safety methods, home protection, cleanup and photo documentation during construction. On the day the work was performed the amazing hard working crew, led by Armando, worked as prescission drill team, continuously non-stop. They completely cleaned up all material that floated onto my neighbors areas. I did not find any debris that was overlooked. I was so impressed with Roofing & More that I have other projects for them."

"Augustine Roofing was recommended by our Travelers Ins adjuster to replace our roof and siding due to weather damage. I initially dealt with Dakota Biller to plan the work and select the materials. This guy is exceptionally professional in all aspects of ensuring that our questions were answered in a timely manner. I also dealt with Tony Kerr in their office and he was equally professional. The crew finished the roof job late in the evening and returned the next day to ensure the site was cleaned and remaining repairs were done. They were very well organized and polite when I asked them questions. I'm looking fwd to them replacing our siding as I expect they'll deliver the same quality professionalism as with the roof."

"Mr. Burns is quite knowledgeable about the type of roof we had (built-up, also known as slag or tar & gravel), and the repairs necessary to correct a leak (vice replacement). Other roofers wouldnâ t take the job - it was out of their sphere of experience. Mr. Burns was prompt, clean and efficient, and charged a reasonable amount. On his first visit, Mr. Burns repaired part of the roof and eave that had rotted away over time. The rot was due to long term (years) water intrusion. There were two possible sources for the origin, but we took his advice to wait for rain to determine which area needed repair work. He returned in a few days, after a heavy rainstorm revealed the source, to find and repair the source of the leak higher up. The roof has been trouble free since his repair."

"We interviewed four roofing companies with experience with commercial roofing to do a variety of repairs on our church roofs which include slate, EPDM and asphalt shingles and also repairs to our copper gutters that were leaking. He was always available for our questions and patient with us as we gained understanding of the magnitude of our job. We hired Brian because of his price but also because of our comfort level with him and the reviews from previous customers who had similar needs as our needs. After the work was scheduled, the crew from Cenvar arrived at the promised time and they worked diligently as a team to correct the issues we had with our current roofs per their proposal. Cenvar honored their estimate for repairs although they encountered unexpected issues which was not surprising for a structure that is 100 years old.
