Pond Roofing replaced the roof on our single family home and installed a new gutter over our front porch. We could not be happier with the result! Nate Hileman, the Pond estimator assigned to our project, worked with us over a period of several weeks to plan the project, identify and address the issues that might arise with our 100-year-old home, and answer my numerous questions. During the removal of our old roof, and the installation of the new one, Pond Field Supervisors Juan Lemus and Robert Kern were on call to supervise, troubleshoot, and ensure the crew had what they needed, when they needed it, to complete the work. And the crew who did the actual work - I cannot say enough good things about them! Seven guys who worked liked beavers for two 12-hour days to get the job done and done right. To a one, they were professional, considerate, tireless, and endlessly patient with my questions and comments. An excellent experience for us all around!

The entire experience was an excellent one, as was the case on two earlier jobs that were performed by Pond Roofing. The assessment of damage and recommendation for moving forward were done quickly and professionally by Shanti Smith, with particular care to ensuring that I understood the root cause of the problem and how Pond intended to redress them. When I finally agreed to the proposal to replace the roof, the process of confirming the work was made easy for me and the job was completed in one day according to a schedule convenient to me. There were a number of workers, each doing his specific specialty, and great care was taken to ensure that no damage was done to the exterior of the house and that minimum disruption took place. I will attach a photo of the work as it was ongoing. I'm completely satisfied with this, my third experience with Pond Roofing.

Pond Roofing company has an efficient streamlined process. Rep Cameron introduced me to the whole process of roof replacement with a reasonable quote. Cameron gave the comfort of trusting him with the process he detailed. Nataly Caballero, the Repair Department's Production Coordinator was excellent pre-production tasks and kept in touch me about scheduling replacement date. the roofers were punctual, hardworking and excellent. The roof shingles were finished in one day, and after couple days, the gutters were installed. The crew took great care of cleaning the site grounds thoroughly. The Project Manager came and made sure to review the site without any debris. Last but not the least. a member of the Pond team came after two weeks of installation to scan for any nails that may be there. Thank you amazing Pond Team!

Pond Roofing did an excellent job installing my roof. My neighbors have given me nice comments on it. They watched the installation too. The biggest plus for me was the job the estimator (Shanti) did inspecting my roof beforehand - he was the only one who actually got up there and took a real look around. It was very informative and helped me understand where I was with my roof. Further, Pond documents their process and what they will do for you.

We discovered our roof had loose shingles, and one was missing! In anticipation of installing a SOLAR system, we contacted w/Pond Roofing - and after their on-site evaluation and presentation; we contracted for a replacement - architectural, and same color - THEIR WORK WAS OUTSTANDING, AND we're delighted with the result. Clean-up, and a follow-up 'raking' for nails on the lawn was excellent. Full disclosure: We've hired Pond years ago, and their work is still as professional, and quality as ever. WELL DONE!!

Pond was excellent -- from the helpful initial contact and visit by the estimator (Shanti), to some emergency interim repairs we needed due to the torrential rains we had in late July, to the work of the installation crew. Shanti was esp. helpful in bringing some "swatches" of shingles to our house to help us make the right choice. We would highly recommend Pond to anyone needed any roof work.

All people from Pond Roofing, including their estimator, their work crew and their office staff are punctual, courteous, efficient and professional. Mr. Shanti, the estimator, was very helpful and answered all my questions. Great experience from first phone call to finish. Their very responsive, customer-oriented staff let me know what was going to happen and when every step of the way. They replaced my 30-year-old roof to include skylights, as well as my gutters and downspouts. Quality, professional workmanship and thorough cleanup after the job was done. Lonnie, the estimator, was honest and very helpful. He worked with me to get an estimate for special requirements and advised on what work was needed or not. I've worked with him on multiple occasions for a few projects through the years. Patrick, the current owner, was very customer focused and ensured the work was done properly. He personally showed up to address an issue with the siding guys to ensure work was being done in accordance with our agreement. The crew was very professional and did quality work. I highly recommend them for any roofing and siding work.

I got estimates from 4 different companies for the replacement of 19 windows in my home. Shanti Smith provided the most professional presentation, far exceeding the other estimates. He was able to match the window frame color precisely to the siding on my home, which was an important factor. The installation crew arrived promptly on the day scheduled, and returned the following day to finish the job. I am most satisfied with the quality of the windows and the workmanship of the installation. I am confident that I got a very fair price to replace the windows in my 30 yr old home.
