We needed to replace our shingles due to them being over 20 years old and some were starting to come apart. We were going to get four estimates to compare. Two installers were tremendously expensive. Raymond Lee from Metro Renovator Group was our third estimate. He stopped by one afternoon with a brief presentation explaining what was included in a proper roof repair. The estimate included all of the under layment prep and up to five sheets of plywood (real plywood) if necessary. The estimate was very reasonable, so we went with Metro Renovator Group. The job took a full day, and they were able to repair a prior incorrectly installed ridge vent (too wide) ands shore up a weak rafter that I would never had known about. The job looks fantastic with nice straight edges and very nice flashing work. The foreman and crew were very professional and curtious. Excellent clean up, also. I highly recommend Raymond Lee and Metro Renovator Group. Thanks for a great job.

Did a neat and clean job

Metro Renovator has just completed a roof project on my home. They have replaced the entire house roof, the gutter system and the copper roof over my front bay window. I’m very satisfied of the finished product they made. They really value their quality of work and the workmanship on every detail. I was due for a new roof after 22 years. I put it off for a year. When I learned that a friend had a tree fall on her house, and that she too needed a new roof, I took action so as to help her out since she is no longer able to get into attic or onto her roof. We got 6 estimates for both houses, compared all the components (and people and prices), and ultimately we decided that RAYMOND and METRO offered the best cooperation and service. There were no pressures and great flexibility, and due consideration for all out concerns. EVERYTHING was a can-do attitude with no hard-sell, and both installations went without a hitch. RAYMOND and his staff were just incredible. They were all professionals at their work and clean-up. My friend and I both had one small challenge (each), and the foreman addressed both without "add on" charges. I highly recommend METRO RENOVATORS for your next roof! Raymond Lee, the owner, came out and looked at my roof that day with an estimate that was fair and reasonable with no pressure. I had a couple of other companies giving estimates along with high priced sales pitches which caused me a lot of stress and I ended up procrastinating on the project. I should have just gone with Metro from the start. Raymond was kind enough to reach out a few months later to check on me. He then came over again to meet with me and my family to discuss the project and answer all of our questions. He honored the original estimate with a slight increase in the cost of materials for the raw wood and I signed the contract. He and his team were able to complete the project in one day. They were extremely hardworking and professional. They arrived at first light, worked the entire day and cleaned up after themselves as the sun was setting. I am extremely pleased with my new roof. I had the gutters replaced through Metro as well which was also done promptly and professionally.
