The craftsmanship provided by Federal Roofing was amazing. The quality of the installation exceeded our expectation and all within our budget. Federal Roofing's crew members answered my questions during the installation and were friendly and professional. What impressed us more was how thorough Federal Roofing was as it related to fixing unseen issues that they found. Several roofing boards (old house here) needed replacing that I was unaware of. The crew took photos and shared the information with me to allow me to see the damage and to justify the replacement...at no additional charge. There is a limit to the number of boards dedicated to replacement, luckily our roof didn't exceed that number. Another huge plus regarding Federal Roofing is their no nonsense estimating process. While several other competitors insisted their sales person meet in person with my wife and I (I was told by a competitor that they couldn't provide an estimate if they couldn't meet both of us...crazy I know) Federal's process was effortless. After requesting an estimate from Federal Roofing they called the next day to request permission to enter my property for measurements. My presence was not required and I received the proposal the next day. Our primary contact with Federal Roofing was John Peter.
