I appreciated how thorough and transparent they were in regards to pricing and timeline of the whole project. Not the cheapest of the contractors I got quotes from but their labor and materials came with warranty and 1 day installation was worth the cost. Plus, their quote was still a bit cheaper than other well known national brands that offer similar service. Highly recommend Renken!"

We interviewed 5 different contractors and selected Jeff because of his close attention to detail, his eye for design, and because he was very cost competitive. Folks talk about horror stories when it comes to their remodels, but the work that was done was within 3-days of his estimated duration. He left the state of our house in even cleaner condition than when he started and he was very respectful of the fact that we had young children in the house and made sure everything was clean at the end of every day.We asked him to come back this past summer to re-do our bathroom, which he again did on-time, under budget and with impeccable results.

"I'm an absentee landlord. The tenant called and said water was leaking from around the chandler in the living room. I hired Bledar and crew based on a recommendation from a realitor. Turns out the plumbing behind the bathtub on an upper floor had corroded. My house is in Old Town Alexandria and has a lot of deferred maintenance. Bledar come over the next day and removed part of the living room ceiling and walls in the bath. It was pretty bad. He recommend a full renovation. He worked with the tentant and together they visited various stores to pick out tile, fixtures ... It turned out great!!! So good that I immediately hired him to renovate a 2nd bath which was also leaking and an adjoining area. Again he went with the tenant and handled all of the details. I can't recommend Bledar enough! Spectacular work, friendly, fast, diligent and very reasonably priced (I had 2 other contractors price the work). He cleaned up everything after each demo and handled all of the details involved with a complete bath remodel down to the studs - including new sub flooring in one of the bath. Couldn't be happier with Bledar and his crew's (including his brother) work ethic and results! By the way - I have never met Bledar, I live in CA."

"I needed to replace drywall and repaint the ceiling of my living room and bedroom because of the leak from last June, after meeting with Charles I ended adding a few more rooms to be painted. Very fast response from the them. Charles was very helpful, He came to my house for the inspection. He walked me through the process, took photos of the rooms then provided me the estimate. It's not very cheap but it's still worth it, it was a complicated job The following week, their painters came, replaced all the drywall and did the painting They did an amazing job. The whole team were also very cool and polite. Very easy to talk with them."
