Friendly customer service, the experience was good all around.

Justin came to measure my bathroom for the remodel, he was on time very polite and knowledgeable about his work , he explained everything to me that was going to be done . pleasure to working with!

Justin deserves 5 stars. He was very polite and helpful. The technician who did the install forgot to silicone around the tub faucet, so we had a leak. He came back and fixed that but then the cap on the grab kept coming loose. Justin fixed that and also put an additional coating on the bottom of the tub because we felt it was quite slippery. While I feel overall the company is probably a 3, Justin deserves a 5.

Justin came out to measure our shower before the remodel. He went above and beyond in helping us brainstorm a final design while answering all our questions and concerns. He is a strong representative of the culture this company cultivates and so far has instilled a high level of confidence in us that the job will be done extremely well. We're looking forward to seeing it complete!

What a beautiful bathroom we have now! Renken Remodeling did an exceptional job! The quality of the work is exceptional. The whole process was easy and the crew (Dan, Javier, Justin, Roberto, etc.) and staff (Ethan, Mike, Eboni, etc.) did a wonderful job of staying on schedule and keeping us informed. They all were very professional, respectful, and courteous and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend them and will call on them again for future jobs.

Responsive and professional customer service! Our shower was installed by Renken and we couldn't be happier with the results. A year later, we had a minor service call and called Renken to help. Justin came by and was courteous, professional, and helped us resolve the issue with zero hassle.

Renken did an AMAZING job on our shower remodel. Their salesman was kind, courteous, direct and honest with us. Everything we asked for happened within the timeline they said it would. And the shower looks awesome. I would recommend them to anyone!

We wanted a shower to replace a Jacuzzi tub in our master bath. At the Capital Remodel + Garden Show at Dulles Expo Center on February 24, Brent described Renken's services, offered a discount & scheduled a site visit. On March 1, Joe visited our home to discuss our project & gave us a proposal that we accepted. On March 31, Dan took measurements to order materials. On May 13-14, Mahadi did excellent work to remove the existing tub & tile, redo the plumbing & electrical & install a new 60" x 36" shower. It includes a Carrara marble wall system, 3 shelves, chrome fixtures, dual bypass doors & window frame. Renken was responsive to all our requests & we are very happy with the new shower.

I had an outstanding tub to shower conversion experience with Renken Remodeling from the initial sales call thru the final install. Every person I dealt with throughout the entire transaction was friendly, courteous & highly professional. I especially commend my installer, Mehdi, a craftsman par excellence! This was our first remodeling project and the Renken team provided a great, stress-free experience from beginning to end. The entire team (Brent, Dan, Amber, Roberto) were a joy to work with and very responsive throughout our project. Our original master bathroom had an odd layout and quirky features, but Brent and Dan provided a solution that met our needs and was within our budget. Roberto and the installation team completed the install in 2.5 days, and we were extremely happy with the results. They did quality work and just as important, they covered up our floors and furniture to avoid dust and debris. Roberto cleaned up after each day, which was great since part of the workspace was our master bedroom. We highly recommend Renken!

The remodeling of my shower and bath area of my master bathroom is complete and I am very happy with the whole process and especially of the end result. Starting with the estimate interview which was no pressure but once I saw the estimate, I couldnâ t say no! Brent worked with me to develop the bathroom I needed and could afford. The workers at each step were excellent, they did their job professionally and not in a hurry. Initial installation took an extra day because the installer Mahadi took time to help me with a separate plumbing problem which developed at the same time. The remainder of the work, measuring and installing went according to a mutually agreed upon schedule. The finished product is just what I hoped for and I am very pleased with the attention to my concerns and questions and excited about getting to use my new shower!
