I was getting a sliding glass door installed for my tub. Mr. Lee responded to the job request quickly. He communicated clearly, promptly, and sent the estimate for me to review. His quote was fair and I felt that he was honest/transparent with his pricing. Once that was done, he kept in touch the day before and communicated the following morning. He picked up the sliding glass door and delivered it to my condo. He remained positive and steadfast despite the challenges with parking. He started the work on time, communicated with me throughout the process. He was detail-oriented and made sure the measurements were correct/level. Phuong showed up on time, removed our old bath/shower door and installed the new one quickly and expertly. He communicated well throughout the process to ensure it was as we desired. He was very pleasant and made sure to clean up all of the workspace when he was done.

Phuong repaired a very old curved glass shower door. He found hardware to replace broken parts that were obsolete, and came up with creative work arounds to make it work.

We were very pleased with the job that Western Glass and Metal did with our shower. We had our master bath redone but needed to get glass installed for our shower. Phuong Le came out multiple times to get it done and did a fantastic job. He was very reponsive to what we wanted done and was able to give us a good price for the job. I would have no reservations recommending Western Glass and Mr. Le for a job and will definately use them again if needed.
