"Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. I am actually hiring them again for additional projects. I highly recommend Best Homes!"

"We were so happy with our bathroom remodels done in December by Century Bathrooms and Kitchens. From the start we were really impressed with Daniel and Erika and their friendly, down-to-earth demeanor, and their intentionality to listen to our thoughts and show us the overwhelming options. They were great at communicating throughout the whole project, very knowledgable and thorough. Their work crews were friendly, professional, amazingly clean, conscientious, hard-working, and detail-oriented in every regard of their work. They were originally scheduled to start the work after the new year, but in the end they were able to bump up both of our bathroom remodels to the 3 weeks leading up to Christmas, and they blew us away with how quickly they were able to get the projects completed. Our bathrooms are beautiful, and we really couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Century Bathrooms and Kitchen."

"I am giving All Renovations 5 stars for the basement renovation in large part because of Adrian’s excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our job was pretty extensive. It included moving support columns, demo and rebuild exterior stairway, adding a full bath, extending the finished/framed portion of the basement, moving the circuit-breaker panel, and re-doing our half-bath. The job took 6 months, which was about twice as long as we expected. Omar was always very responsive and provided good feedback. Adrian is very good at explaining things and soliciting your input when options/alternatives exist. He definitely does not take short-cuts if quality would suffer. He is also very considerate/careful inside your home and cleans-up after himself. Our $102k project ballooned to $125k, mostly due to nice to have add-ons and unforeseen issues. But there were several items I feel should have been caught at the contract onset. E.g. the need for a floor drain ($900), considering that we were getting rid of the utility sink basin. There was also an extra $4k to replace the drywall in the half bath since the existing paint was too textured (sponge) to paint over. But we were very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend All Renovations."

"My Kitchen and bath had exceeded my expectations with regards to quality, price , and timeliness of my kitchen project . The PM estimated 2 and half weeks to 3 weeks but it was done in 2 weeks, just before Christmas ! The staff was very friendly and attentive . They listened and understood what I wanted for my dream kitchen . Duncan, presented me with options for my kitchen to meet my budget . Although ,I chose the latter which was to have my dream kitchen and decide not to bend on that. Sam was thorough with all the final walk through and made sure I was happy before leaving my house. Attention to detail was what I appreciated most with the whole process . I felt safe in the sense where my kitchen would not be left unfinished midway . I recommend this company to anyone who is renovating !"

"Our family home has always been clean and functional but after thirty years it had become more a picture postcard from the 1980’s than the warm inviting image we had in our mind. It was obviously time to update. Unfortunately, after talking with numerous contractors, it seemed we would have to reduce our expectations or spend more than we had budgeted to afford remodeling our “dining room, living room, kitchen” (and eventually bathrooms too!) project. While pondering our next move a family friend told us they recently had Rohan remodel their kitchen/living space and it looked great and was, they thought, affordable. After seeing for ourselves the quality of workmanship, the improvements to ‘flow and functionality’ and the overall aesthetic appeal, we decided to give Rohan a call. Boy are we glad we did! Upon meeting Rohan for the first time we were shown the same optimism, knowledge through experience, flexibility of thought and dedication to quality that would continue straight through to the end of our multi-week project. His proposal/estimate covered all our wants and needs while fitting within our budget. The job was a total re-do and from floors to walls to counters to cabinets to plumbing to electrics and all were handled by Rohan and his team with time honed skill. The work was done in a timely fashion without ever leaving us wondering where people were or what they were going to be doing each step of the way. Every eventual ‘architectural surprise’ was met with candor, budgeted creativity and a hearty “no problem!” In the end our home was transformed ergonomically, aesthetically and affordably into a beautiful space where family and friends gather in happiness and in harmony with their surroundings. "Needed to replace a 25+ year old HVAC system in the coldest months of the year, so I contacted Advanced Environment Solutions for a bid. I worked with Tammy at AES to schedule the inspection, follow-up, etc. - a fantastic employee. Courteous, professional, and really knows her stuff when it comes to HVAC. Unfortunately, I live in a condo with a tricky indoor/outdoor HVAC set-up that ended up requiring a fairly specific indoor unit that AES did not offer, so I had to go with another company. Still I felt compelled to leave a review for AES and Tammy to highlight their professionalism and service-oriented approach. WiIll absolutely consider AES for future projects."
